★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A senhora que me atendeu foi show de bola, mas até agora nao recebi meu oculos ja esta atrasado e o prazo de entrega aumentou em mais 5 dias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz exame de rotina anual no CEMA que fica ao lado, o CEMA me indicou que eu fizesse o grau nessa ótica ao lado que já ficava pronto em 1h, no meu primeiro atendimento, foi ótimo, me deram um produto para limpar a lente, caixinha, fiz o grau do meu óculos e da minha família, fui super bem atendida, porém ralaram a frente da minha armação, em menos de um mês tive um pequeno acidente e quebrei a minha armação, fui as pressas comprar outra (em outro local), e refazer a lente na mesma ótica, o grau ficou pronto em 1h, porém, pedi algum tipo de desconto, a atendente super educada até disse que daria, perguntou ao gerente e ele disse que não seria possível, não ofereceram nenhum brinde, não entendi o que houve para a mudança no atendimento, gestão de relacionamento ao cliente é tudo, e se a gestão não está na mesma disposição que a própria equipe está, gera esse tipo comentário como o meu.
I did an annual routine exam at CEMA next door, CEMA told me to do the degree in this optic next to it that was ready in 1h, in my first appointment, it was great, they gave me a product to clean the lens, box , I made the grade of my glasses and my family, I was very well attended, but they scratched the front of my frame, in less than a month I had a small accident and broke my frame, I hurried to buy another one (in another location) , and redo the lens in the same optics, the degree was ready in 1 hour, however, I asked for some kind of discount, the super polite attendant even said that I would give it, asked the manager and he said it would not be possible, they did not offer any gifts, no I understood what happened to the change in customer service, customer relationship management is everything, and if management is not in the same mood as the team itself, it generates this type of comment like mine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e minha esposa fizemos três óculos de grau com eles. Preço honesto e atendimento excelente. A vendedora Mayara nos deu toda a atenção. Não tenho nada a reclamar.
My wife and I made three prescription glasses out of them. Honest price and excellent service. The seller Mayara gave us all the attention. I have nothing to complain about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível ? fiz meus óculos junto com minha mãe e eles simplesmente trocaram as lentes,meu grau e muito maior que o dela e eles colocaram minhas lentes na armação dela e as lentes dela na minha armação... Pior de tudo bem um pedido de desculpas da parte deles pelos transtornos causados,até agora os a da minha mãe eles resolveram ,porém o meu disseram que vão refazer... No aguardo né fazer o que....
Horrible ? I made my glasses together with my mom and they just changed the lenses, my prescription is much higher than hers and they put my lenses in her frames and her lenses in my frames... Worst of all ok an apology on their part for the inconvenience caused, so far my mother's they solved it, but mine said they will redo it... I can't wait to do what....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com eles foi péssima, as lentes que foram feitas vieram com defeito, tive que levar de volta, para fazerem outra.
Não deram nem a capinha do óculos.
Paguei combustível, pedágio, estacionamento, tudo por conta do erro deles . Terei que fazer ajustes em outra ótica, pois já estão soltos os parafusos(1 dia depois que foi entregue).
Não recomendo e pretendo não voltar mais nessa ótica.
My experience with them was terrible, the lenses that were made were defective, I had to take them back to make another one.
They didn't even give the cape of the glasses.
I paid for fuel, tolls, parking, all because of their mistake. I will have to make adjustments in another optic, as the screws are already loose (1 day after it was delivered).
I don't recommend it and I don't intend to go back in this perspective.

Depois que arrumou quando fui usar logo na primeira vez soltou do nada o fio de nalio.... Sem condições
Good morning, I'm juraci and unfortunately I didn't have any luck or the service is terrible I made a glasses with the frame that the lens is supported by a fil de nalio and I already took it to tighten because it keeps loosening the lens because it's slack in this wire. After I fixed it when I went to use it the first time, the nalio thread came out of nowhere.... No conditions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um conslho nunca faça seu óculos nessa ótica, péssimo atendimento eles trocaram e fizeram a minha lente no óculos da minha filha e a lente dela no meu óculos são graus totalmente diferentes , isso por que no dia ela mediu o meu e ainda assim trocaram, fui lá pra resolver além de agir com muita má vontade nem desculpa eles pediram pelo transtorno, isso por que as lentes foram super caras agora terei que aguarda a boa vontade deles de refazer o óculos da minha filha nem um prazo eles deram disseram que tenho que esperar eles manda msg. Horrível o atendimento
