★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falo por mim e minha esposa, estivemos hoje na Ótica, fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Igor e pela Aline, tivermos um atendimento nota mil, a negociação foi ótima e fizemos a compra das nossas lentes multifocal, agora é só aguardar as lentes chegarem, a única observação que faço é com relação ao tempo de entrega das lentes, que poderia ser melhor ,na minha modesta opinião acho que a Ótica Diniz pode mudar isto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de compartilhar um pouca da experiência que tive nesta loja. Estive nessa loja para fazer meus óculos e fui muito bem recebido. Como não havia passado pelo oftalmologista, a loja me deu a opção de passar por um especialista parceiro da loja, a clínica Intelimed no Centro de Sorocaba, fui também orientado na loja a tomar "cuidado" com ópticas que oferecem sem custos o exame para avaliação da minha visão, pois esse serviço era muitas vezes feita por um técnico e não por um oftalmologista. Pois como o meu ultimo exame havia sido feito a cerca de 7 anos, o ideal era passar pelo oftalmo, e que essa loja tinha parceria com tal profissional, também havia deixado claro que faria lentes de contato. A atendente, aliás muito atenciosa me orientou a falar isso com o profissional da clinica intelimed , pois para isso era preciso uma receita adaptada, diferente da dos óculos. Pois bem, chegando para fazer a consulta, paguei $ 70,00, o que já estava combinado com a loja, não recebi nenhum recibo ou NF ( obrigatorio por lei ) referente ao serviço , o exame durou apenas 3 minutos, onde passei por 2 aparelhos e avaliado de maneira muito subjetiva . Quando pedido a receita adaptada para lentes de contato, o profissional me informou que não faziam e, para eu obter tal receita precisaria passar por um outro profissional ( pagando novamente )ou por conta e risco, usar a mesma receita. Ou seja, paguei por serviço e não tive o prometido. Deixo aqui registrado minha total indignação com toda essa situação, estou me sentindo "enganado" e profundamente lesado.

The attendant, who was very attentive, instructed me to speak this with the professional of the clinic intelimed, for this required an adapted prescription, different from that of the glasses. Well, arriving to make the appointment, I paid $ 70.00, which was already in the store, I did not receive any receipt or NF (required by law) regarding the service, the examination lasted only 3 minutes, where I spent 2 and evaluated in a very subjective way. When I asked for the prescription adapted for contact lenses, the professional informed me that they did not and for me to get such prescription I would need to go through another professional (paying again) or at risk and use the same prescription. That is, I paid for service and did not have the promised one. I leave here my total indignation registered with this whole situation, I am feeling "deceived" and deeply injured.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida pelo Igor e o atendimento foi EXCELENTE. Até drink foi oferecido, mas pilotando moto não pode. As lentes ficaram prontas antes do previsto e ficou perfeito. Loja limpa, banheiro limpo, água fresca, todos de máscara e todos extremamente educados. Preços MARAVILHOSOS!
I was attended by Igor and the service was EXCELLENT. Even a drink was offered, but riding a motorcycle can't. The lenses were ready ahead of schedule and it was perfect. Clean shop, clean bathroom, fresh water, all wearing a mask and all extremely polite. WONDERFUL PRICES!
