★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem recepcionado, mas a qualidade do serviço Eu não gostei, óculos não ficou como eu solicitei, foi necessário voltar mais duas vezes e tentar reajustes, não quero voltar nesta ótica e não indico, vou fazer um novo óculos e nem quero pensar na oticó popular de Suzano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento, tive problemas com a receita da médica, porém fui super bem assistido pela equipe, minha compra foi feita na loja de São Miguel Paulista com as competentes e simpáticas vendedoras Nathy e Daiana, quando precisei trocar por conta do equivoco da médica, autorizaram prontamente a troca na loja de Suzano (mais perto de casa) onde fui super bem recebido pela gerente Helena, que prontamente me atendeu e trocou as lentes sem custo adicionou.
Parabéns a toda equipe, Super RECOMENDO a todos.
Excellent service, I had problems with the prescription of the doctor, but I was very well assisted by the team, my purchase was made in the store of São Miguel Paulista with the competent and friendly salesmen Nathy and Daiana, when I needed to change because of the doctor's mistake, authorized I promptly exchanged at the Suzano store (closer to home) where I was super well received by the manager Helena, who promptly picked me up and changed the lenses without added cost.
