Desde o início vi que era um lugar especial, com ótimas avaliações e atendimento de qualidade, me responderam rapidamente no whatsapp de forma muito atenciosa. Fui então à loja pois havia gostado de um modelo de violão, porém o valor era mais alto do que eu dispunha no momento. Conversei com o vendedor, que me ofereceu um excelente desconto e vários acessórios de brinde, o que me deu mais vontade e esperança de comprá-lo, mas ainda assim me faria falta a quantia a ser paga. Foi quando um cliente (um anjo), que como eu estava conhecendo a loja pela primeira vez, pagou o restante para que eu pudesse adquirir meu instrumento.
Saí da Oto Mix com um violão lindíssimo e um testemunho que contarei para meus filhos e netos, enquanto toco com muita alegria e gratidão a Deus.
Recomendo e agradeço pelo valioso serviço prestado.
I had a wonderful experience at Oto Mix!
From the beginning I saw that it was a special place, with great reviews and quality service, they responded quickly on whatsapp in a very attentive way. So I went to the store because I had liked a guitar model, but the price was higher than what I had at the time. I talked to the seller, who offered me an excellent discount and several accessories as a gift, which made me want and hope to buy it, but I would still need the amount to be paid. That's when a customer (an angel), who as I was getting to know the store for the first time, paid the rest so that I could purchase my instrument.
I left Oto Mix with a beautiful guitar and a testimony that I will share with my children and grandchildren, while I play with great joy and gratitude to God.
I recommend and thank you for the valuable service provided.
