Estou aguardando até o momento, 11h15, um retorno da médica para novo agendamento. As atendentes alegam que a médica não atende ao telefone bem responde ao WhatsApp. Há também uma senhora de 86 anos aguardando desde as 10 h, pois o médico também foi embora antes das 10. Há um aviso na clínica que se o paciente atrasar o médico não e obrigado atender. Se o médico vai embora, como o paciente deve proceder?
