★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima localização, porém muitos problemas como pisos soltos, infiltrações, ninguém da uma satisfação, nem a construtor a que diz que o problema é do Banco Rodobens , o mesmo diz que é da construtora, a imobiliária Liborio se isenta diz que não é com eles também. Sem contar que a Rodobens me ofereceu um IPhone se fechasse negócio, estou esperando até hoje.
Great location, but many problems such as loose floors, infiltrations, no one gives a satisfaction, not even the builder who says the problem is from Banco Rodobens, the same says that it is from the construction company, the Liborio real estate company says it is not with them also. Not to mention that Rodobens offered me an IPhone if I closed a deal, I'm waiting until today.

Excellent location. Close to the main highways and avenues of the city and a quiet neighborhood with no noise. Small apartment with gourmet balcony.
