Indignada com isso, tenho uma BB, e faz 3 meses q Naum consigo agendar a consulta dela. E quando vou a unidade, eles me falam q a marcação e somente pelo telefone.?? Pesso q por favor alguém atenda o telefone, pra q eu possa assim agendar a consulta da minha baby! ???
Appointment by phone! You call and the phone just keeps busy, qnd naum! Call, call and nobody will answer you. Outraged by this, I have a BB, and it's been 3 months since Naum can schedule her appointment. And when I go to the unit, they tell me the appointment and only by phone. They don't have such an unwilling explanation, they have difficulty in meeting them, it works some days, others not without an official reason, priority for acquaintances and relatives. Why do to others what we wouldn't want them to do to us?????
