★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ola boa tarde! Gostaria de deixar aqui registrado uma insatisfação com relação a uma loja da Pampili de Ribeirão Preto! Eu não sei como vocês trabalham… se é franquia… etc. Sempre compre Pampili para as minhas filhas no Shopping Iguatemi Campinas. Me mudei para Ribeirão Preto e ontem fui na loja da Pampili no Ribeirão Shopping! Não comsegui comprar os intens que eu queria para a minha filha mais velha ( um tennis e uma sandália) simplesmente porque não tinha a numeração dela na loja! Até provamos um n maior… porém ficou grande! A minha filha mais pequena de 3 anos, gostou de um chinelo, ao questionar a vendedora se havia outra cor, pois ela mostrou um em rosa degradê, ela disse que sim, existia no amarelo-limão e foi buscar! Voltou dizendo que não havia no tamanho dela! Então agradeci, assim como minha filha mais velha de 8 anos, pelo atendimento! Ela simplesmente fechou a cara, achando ruim que não compramos nada!
Isso é um absurdo! Não compramos simplesmente por não ter a numeração delas. E mesmo que não fosse esse o motivo, qualquer consumidor tem o direito de entrar na loja e não levar alguma mercadoria mesmo que prove!
Hey Good afternoon! I would like to register here my dissatisfaction with a Pampili store in Ribeirão Preto! I don't know how you guys work… if it's a franchise… etc. Always buy Pampili for my daughters at Shopping Iguatemi Campinas. I moved to Ribeirão Preto and yesterday I went to Pampili's store at Ribeirão Shopping! I couldn't buy the items I wanted for my oldest daughter (a sneaker and a sandal) simply because I didn't have her number in the store! We even tried a bigger n… but it got big! My youngest daughter, 3 years old, liked a slipper, when I asked the seller if there was another color, because she showed one in gradient pink, she said yes, there was in lemon yellow and went to get it! He came back saying that there was no size in her! So I thanked, as did my 8-year-old daughter, for the service! She just frowned, thinking it was bad that we didn't buy anything!
This is nonsense! We don't buy simply because we don't have their number. And even if that was not the reason, any consumer has the right to enter the store and not take any merchandise even if he tastes it!
