★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu nunca fui tão mal atendido em um lugar. PÉSSIMO. HORRÍVEL. Como esse pessoal consegue vender? Muita má vontade. O vendedor foi capaz até falar mal da minha roupa, que eu sou quebrado, que não tenho dinheiro pra pagar! Que eu estava “chorando” 70 reais de frete. Me empurrou e tudo mais. Cruz credo. Eu disse a ele que ele é péssimo vendedor e ele disse que vendeu 50 mil reais hoje, que tem é fazenda. Que vender um móvel de 3 mil reais pra ele, não faz diferença.
Até perguntei se ele era o dono da loja, pq não tem condição um vendedor fazer isso. Tanta má vontade de vender. Antes da discussão esquentar mais ele disse que o dono mora em Miami.
Horrível, péssimo, lastimável.
 I've never been so underserved in one place. TERRIBLE. HORRIBLE. How do these people manage to sell? A lot of ill will. The seller was even able to speak ill of my clothes, that I am broken, that I have no money to pay! That I was “crying” 70 reais for shipping. Pushed me and everything. Cross creed. I told him he is a terrible seller and he said he sold 50 thousand reais today, that he has a farm. That selling a piece of furniture worth 3,000 reais to him makes no difference.
I even asked if he was the owner of the store, because there is no way for a salesperson to do that. So much unwillingness to sell. Before the discussion heated up any further, he said that the owner lives in Miami.
Horrible, awful, pitiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Nunca mais volto e não recomendo. A vendedora parecia estar com pressa e muita má vontade. Tinha uma proposta com o valor e somente no momento de realizar o pagamento que a vendedora informou que o valor informado era a vista. Ao perguntar qual seria o valor parcelado, ela me informou o dobro do valor escrito. E ao mostrá-la o papel e questionar que não tinha nenhuma informação explítica escrito sobre ser a vista, a ignorante removeu da minha mão a proposta e a rasgou na minha frente. Nunca fui tão mal atendida e senti meu espaço tão invadido, nunca mais coloco os pés nesse lugar. Engraçado que não é a primeira vez que leio isso nos comentários... E a loja não se pronuncia, ou seja, sabem que acontece e são coniventes. Se você gosta de ser tratado igual LIXO, recomendo a loja.
Terrible attendance. I'll never come back and don't recommend it. The saleswoman seemed to be in a hurry and very unwilling. There was a proposal with the value and only when making the payment that the seller informed that the value informed was in cash. When I asked what the installment amount would be, she informed me twice the amount in writing. And when I showed her the paper and questioned that I had no explicit written information about being the sight, the ignorant one removed the proposal from my hand and tore it up in front of me. I've never been so poorly attended to and my space felt so invaded, I never set foot in that place again. Funny that it's not the first time I've read this in the comments... And the store doesn't comment, that is, they know what happens and they're colluding. If you like to be treated like GARBAGE, I recommend the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui presentear minha mãe com uma mesa nos Dia das Mães, durante meses escolhi uma mesa dessa empresa, porém desisti de comprar devido o péssimo atendimento. A vendedora RASGOU a proposta na frente da minha mãe e tia, pq não sabia nem explicar as formas de pagamento. Humilhou minha mãe e faz pouco caso, como se ela não tivesse dinheiro p comprar. No final compramos com concorrente e estamos mto feliz com a nova aquisição! Nessa loja não piso nunca mais, pq o atendimento é todo diferencial!
I went to give my mother a table on Mother's Day, for months I chose a table from this company, but I gave up buying it due to the poor service. The seller RIPPED OFF the proposal in front of my mother and aunt, because she didn't even know how to explain the payment methods. He humiliated my mother and makes light of it, as if she didn't have the money to buy it. In the end we bought with a competitor and we are very happy with the new acquisition! In this store I never walk again, because the service is all the difference!
