★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa ligou pra fazer um orçamento do microondas pois o mesmo só estava funcionando com a porta aberta, pediram pra levar para avaliação, após avaliação disseram que tinha que trocar a placa e que ficararia um valor de R$170,00 Minha esposa aceitou e autorizou a troca, mas quando o microondas retornou pra casa veio funcionado mas com um ruído que já existia antes de ser consertado, em uma breve pesquisa no YouTube pude ver que o ruído era justamente de uma peça que faz parte da placa, desconfiado liguei na loja sem me identificar e perguntei se eles tinham placa pra vender ou pra trocar de microondas e pra minha surpresa eles me responderam que não, e que eles só fazem conserto de placa. Me cobraram uma placa nova e pelo oque percebi só trocaram alguma pecinha que estava com defeito e que não custaria esse valor com certeza, e na avaliação não perceberam o ruído que a peça responsável pelos alertas sonoros estava com defeito ?
My wife called to make a budget for the microwave because it was only working with the door open, they asked to take it for evaluation, after evaluation they said they had to change the plate and that it would cost R$170.00 My wife accepted and authorized the exchange, but when the microwave returned home, it came back working but with a noise that already existed before being fixed, in a brief search on YouTube I could see that the noise was precisely from a part that is part of the plate, suspiciously I called the store without identifying me and I asked if they had a plate to sell or to change microwave ovens and to my surprise they said no, and that they only repair plates. They charged me for a new board and from what I realized they only exchanged a little piece that was defective and that would not cost that amount for sure, and in the evaluation did they not notice the noise that the part responsible for the audible alerts was defective?
