★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei o pagamento na máquina no cartão de crédito no débito, não saiu nenhum recibo ,porém eu pensei que tinha sido o suficiente. Quando saí,a máquina não autorizou a minha saída ,fiquei constrangido com o carro parado com minha família dentro,tive de ligar o alerta e ir andando realizar um novo pagamento , com valor já acima do valor pago inicialmente,finalmente consegui sair. Ao chegar em casa , verifico minha conta e vejo que foi debitado duas vezes. Ridículo isso , deviam instruir os funcionários a tratar melhor os clientes, o rapaz na saída informou que não havia sido pago , que eu tinha que pagar , como se o erro tivesse sido meu. Quero meu ressarcimento!

When I left, the machine did not authorize my exit, I was embarrassed with the car stopped with my family in it, I had to turn on the alert and go make a new payment, with an amount already above the amount paid initially, I finally managed to leave. When I get home, I check my account and see that it has been debited twice. Ridiculous that, they should instruct the employees to treat the customers better, the guy on the way out informed that I hadn't been paid, that I had to pay, as if the mistake had been mine. I want my reimbursement!

É IMPOSSÍVEL entrar em contato com eles pelo telefone. Tentei o 0800 e o fixo comercial em TODOS OS RAMAIS. NENHUM atendeu. Preciso alterar a data de retorno da minha viagem e simplesmente não sei como resolver.
Vou precisar aguardar para pousar na volta e descobrir qual surpresa me aguarda no Caixa...

Desrespeito total ao consumidor. Sempre com o discurso de instabilidade sistêmica vende o serviço através do site/aplicativo porém não gera o código QR CODE para o cliente, fazendo assim com que o usuário do serviço tenha inúmeras insatisfações e dissabores.
GARBAGE COMPANY….
Total disrespect for the consumer. Always with the discourse of systemic instability, it sells the service through the website/application, but it does not generate the QR CODE for the customer, thus causing the service user to have numerous dissatisfactions and annoyances.
