A estação conta com o Pronto Atendimento do Bilhete Único (utilizado em vários ônibus de SP, Metrô, Trem e Monotrilho), onde você pode resolver problemas com seu bilhete ou até mesmo a emissão de um novo. Contém banheiro público e ao lado fica o Terminal Mercado que tem a passarela que dá acesso. Ao chegar deve-se tomar cuidado com seus pertences, há muitas pessoas que aplicam golpes na região.
