Nas duas primeiras sem novidades, entretanto na última em 03/02/18 meu cão voltou do banho e tosa repleto de carrapatos, percebemos isso em 05/02/18. Em 06/02/18 entrei em contato telefônico, fui atendido pela atendente Michele e expliquei a situação, quando ela foi informada do ocorrido instantaneamente a qualidade no atendimento mudou. Minha mulher levou o cão para ser medicado e foi pessimamenre atendida, como se eles estivessem fazendo um favor em medicar meu cão por ter pegado carrapatos em seu estabelecimento. Esta conduta dos funcionários foi decepcionante e não pretendemos continuar levando nosso cão lá, está difícil achar banho e tosa em Pirituba com qualidade e sem maltratar os animais.
I took my dog about 3x to be groomed at Patitas. In the first two without news, however in the last on 2/3/18 my dog came back from the bath and sheared full of ticks, we realized that on 2/5/18. On 02/06/18 I got in touch by phone, I was attended by the attendant Michele and explained the situation, when she was informed of what happened instantly the quality of the service changed. My wife took the dog to be medicated and was treated poorly, as if they were doing me a favor in medicating my dog for catching ticks in her establishment. This conduct by the employees was disappointing and we do not intend to continue taking our dog there, it is difficult to find a bath and groom in Pirituba with quality and without mistreating the animals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu recomendo, somos bem atendidos, minha cachorra é super bem tratada no banho e tosa, há serviço leva e traz quando preciso. Além de ter Dra. Renata veterinária que sempre cuida do meu Pet.
I recommend it, we are well attended, my dog is very well treated in the bath and grooming, there is a pick-up service when needed. Besides having a veterinarian Dr. Renata who always takes care of my pet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento de todos, fora a moça que fica no caixa, alem da falta de educação que provavelmente vem de berço, é muito arrogante, nariz empinado, trata os clientes como opção, olha sinceramente pior opção que eu fiz na vida foi entrar nesse local, extremamente infeliz, não sai do celular, nem olha na cara da pessoa e ainda da má resposta, fora que a ração estava vencida, não recomendo mesmo, pé de porco total, verdadeiro muquifo onde o cliente não tem razão , extremamente lixo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre frequentei esse local para comprar rações, medicamentos e até vacinas, sempre fui mto bem atendida, o preço é justo e são mto atenciosos. Mas quero destacar a veterinária que atende nesse local, Dra Renata, que além de veterinária merece tbm o título de anjo, ser humano incrível que não mede esforços para ajudar. Deixo aqui minha gratidão a ela por tudo que tem feito para minha pequena mel.

But I want to highlight the veterinarian who attends in that place, Dr. Renata, who besides veterinary deserves the title of angel, incredible human being that does not measure efforts to help.
