Quando cheguei no consultório, a secretária me disse que o Dr. Paulo já tinha ido embora, porque eu havia cancelado a consulta no dia anterior. Eu jamais ia cancelar uma consulta que esperei mais de um mês!!! Essa senhora é quem deve ter feito alguma confusão e cancelou a minha consulta!!! Ela não soube me explicar essa confusão! Parecia estar perdida!!! Muito indignada com a falta de respeito! Ninguém merece passar por esse tipo transtorno!!! ?
I had an appointment scheduled for today, 13/08/2021. When I arrived at the office, the secretary told me that Dr. Paulo had already left, because I had canceled the appointment the day before. I was never going to cancel an appointment that I've waited over a month for!!! This lady is the one who must have made some confusion and canceled my appointment!!! She couldn't explain this mess to me! It seemed to be lost!!! Very angry at the lack of respect! Nobody deserves to go through this kind of inconvenience!!! ?
