Fui levar mais um microondas que parou. O defeito estava na tomada de casa (como era 220v e não sabia, não funcionou em outras tomadas que testei, erro meu). Eles me ligaram avisando e não me cobraram nada, provando serem honestos.

I went to take another microwave that stopped. The defect was in the home outlet (as it was 220v and I did not know, it did not work on other plugs I tested, my mistake). They called me and told me they did not charge me anything, proving they were honest.

Fui comprar uma membrana para o micro-ondas (único lugar em Niterói que vende) a funcionária antes de vender fez perguntas precisas e que de fato revelou que o defeito não era a membrana e sim a placa eletrônica.
O valor do conserto também foi dentro do esperado.
Daqui pra frente qualquer defeito em aparelho elétrico/eletrônico da minha casa estarei levando para Pax 176.
I can say that I was surprised by the honesty of the employee who attended me. I went to buy a membrane for the microwave (the only place in Niterói that sells) the employee before selling asked precise questions and that in fact revealed that the defect was not the membrane but the electronic plate.
The repair cost was also within expectations.
From now on, any defect in the electrical / electronic device in my house will be taken to Pax 176.
