I found it to be a busy mall but it doesn't have a lot of options. Lack of recreational space, popular stores and very expensive.

Achei que a loja tem preços justos, imaginava que seria bem mais caro por ser loja de shopping

I thought the store has fair prices, I imagined it would be much more expensive as it is a mall store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assistência técnica de péssima, além da má vontade em atender, quando deixei meu celular na loja pra concerto (estava desligando sozinho e nao carregava) eles após o prazo me devolveram dizendo que não tinha problema e cobrando 50 reais pela "mão de obra" sem aviso prévio, sendo que só fui avaliar qual o defeito e receber um orçamento. DUAS HROAS após sair da loja meu celular ja desligou mais de 3x, além de não conseguir sequer identificar o problema, se recusaram a dar a garantia de 90 dias pra serviços de bens duráveis conforme previsto no código de defesa do consumidor. PROCUREM UM LUGAR MAIS CONFIÁVEL PARA SEU APERELHO CELULAR!
Terrible technical assistance, in addition to the unwillingness to answer, when I left my cell phone in the store for a concert (I was turning it off by myself and was not charging) they returned it to me after the deadline saying there was no problem and charging 50 reais for "labor" without notice, and I just went to assess the defect and receive a quote. TWO HROAS after leaving the store my cell phone has already turned off more than 3 times, in addition to not even being able to identify the problem, they refused to give the 90-day guarantee for durable goods services as provided for in the consumer protection code. LOOK FOR A MORE RELIABLE PLACE FOR YOUR CELL PHONE!
