★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 24/07 realizei a compra de uma película UV para o Samsung S20, que custou R$200,00 e com menos de uma semana de uso, a película começou a formar bolhas e desgrudar do celular. Retornei na loja, a coordenadora Cíntia realizou a troca da película, e para a minha decepção, 1 semana depois voltou a dar problemas.
Retornei hoje (07/08) na loja, e a mesma atendente retirou a película, mas na hora de colocar outra a mesma viu que não tinha nem no estoque. Me deu um prazo até terça feira para colocar uma película nova, alegando que eu teria que manusear com cuidado e retirar a película (que ela reutilizou no meu aparelho) quando eu for usar, o que é totalmente sem sentido. Eu já sei que daria problemas novamente, pois a tal coordenadora insiste em dizer que a culpa é da capinha do celular, e que eu mesma retirei a capinha manualmente (sendo que não tenho motivos para tal ato, e se realmente tivesse retirado não daria para colocar de novo). O produto pode até ter qualidade, ou deveria por conta do alto valor, mas na realidade o problema está no péssimo atendimento/trabalho das funcionárias. Na película tive R$50,00 de desconto por ter realizado a compra do aparelho na TIM, mas a Smartcase só suja o nome da loja pareceira.
Tive uma decepção enorme com a loja e com a atendente, principalmente por jogar em mim a culpa do péssimo trabalho dela.
Não recomendo, e nem entro mais na loja.
On 07/24 I purchased a UV film for the Samsung S20, which cost R $ 200.00 and with less than a week of use, the film started to form bubbles and come off the cell phone. I returned to the store, the coordinator Cíntia made the change of the film, and to my disappointment, 1 week later she returned to give problems.
I returned today (07/08) at the store, and the same clerk removed the film, but when it was time to put another one, she saw that she didn't even have it in stock. It gave me until Tuesday to put in a new film, claiming that I would have to handle it carefully and remove the film (which it reused in my device) when I use it, which is totally pointless. I already know that it would be a problem again, as the coordinator insists on saying that the fault lies with the cell phone case, and that I removed the case myself (since I have no reason to do so, and if I really had it, I wouldn't have put it back on). The product may even have quality, or it should be due to the high value, but in reality the problem lies in the poor service / work of the employees. In the film I had a R $ 50.00 discount for purchasing the device at TIM, but Smartcase only gets the name of the pareceira store dirty.
I had a huge disappointment with the store and the attendant, mainly for blaming me for her terrible job.
I don't recommend it, nor do I go into the store anymore.

Amei a capinha nova do meu Iphone 13 pro, dono deu uma atenção diferenciada e arrumou a película que outro local não colocou certo. Estão de parabéns, nota 1000! Tanto a mocinha (funcionária que me recebeu), quanto o dono!
I really enjoyed the service, I was treated with respect, a satisfied customer always comes back. I loved the new cover of my Iphone 13 pro, the owner paid special attention and fixed the film that another location didn't put right. Congratulations, grade 1000! Both the girl (the employee who received me) and the owner!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssima loja, comprei um carregador de iPhone e a menina disse ser original, quando cheguei em casa me dei conta que não era, menos de 2 meses ja estava parando, fui trocar e ela estava na maior ma vontade, optei por ir outro dia e troquei com outro menino, mt educado e me deu um outro, mas infelizmente tmb disse que era original, ja vi que nao é e também está parando, com menos de 1 mes de uso

I was totally deceived. I bought a fake redmi airdots phone, the seller didn't want to return the money, he didn't solve it, he sent a talk to the owner who didn't return me either. I'm going to file a complaint with Procon. I didn't buy it, all of low quality and counterfeit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na loja perguntar sobre capa de Ipad, o vendedor me mostrou e falou o valor de 100,00 reais, mas estava com meu filho pequeno e disse que voltaria no dia seguinte. Voltei, perguntei a menina sobre a capa, a mesma disse que não tinha, achei que tinha errado de loja, mas depois voltei e falei que tinha visto, ai ela achou a capa.
O mesmo vendedor que me atendeu no dia anterior não estava na loja e a capa não tinha valor, a vendedora então mandou foto ao dono da loja, ligou e nada. Demorou uns 10 minutos e nenhuma resposta. Fiquei esperando e nada.
Peças sem valores, vendedores que não sabem o que fazer com os clientes e eles não tem culpa de não ter valor.
Não compro mais nada na loja.

The same salesperson who answered me the day before was not in the store and the cover was worthless, the saleswoman then sent a photo to the store owner, called and nothing. It took about 10 minutes and no response. I was waiting and nothing.
Pieces without value, salespeople who don't know what to do with customers and it's not their fault that they have no value.
I don't buy anything from the store anymore.
