★ ★ ★ ★ ★ recebi um ótimo atendimento lá na Pedal Power, pelo comercial Henrique e pós-vendas/oficina Vitor. na mais pura gentileza me deram 2 parafusos com protetores para o pedivela da minha MTB que caiu durante uma trilha. insisti em pagar mas não aceitaram! e olha que nem sou cliente da loja. depois de buscar em outras 2 bike shop de Moema, foram eles que resolveram meu problema! fiz questão de reportar isso aqui para honrar a presteza e disponibilidade deles. tem bike shop que só se preocupa com a venda e esquece que a fidelização é por serviços globais e irrestritos. atendimento excelente mesmo para não clientes! advinha onde vou buscar minha próxima bike?
I received a great service there at Pedal Power, by commercial Henrique and after sales/workshop Vitor. in the purest kindness they gave me 2 screws with protectors for the crankset of my MTB that fell during a trail. I insisted on paying but they didn't accept! and look, I'm not even a customer of the store. after searching 2 other bike shops in Moema, they were the ones who solved my problem! I made a point of reporting this here to honor their promptness and availability. there is a bike shop that only cares about sales and forgets that loyalty is for global and unrestricted services. excellent service even for non-customers! Guess where I'll get my next bike?

O danny é um cara bacana, muito bom e atencioso além de profissional, durante o fit foi explicando tudo e tinha paciência pra ajustar cada detalhe e explicar o motivo. Uma aula! Já o Santos na oficina, foi o primeiro a falar de um problema no rolamento traseiro sem querer me vender mil coisas ou outros serviços, o que já tinha acontecido em duas oportunidades em outras oficinas para o mesmo problema. Parabéns pela sinceridade … no final, para pessoas leigas como eu sobre as peças, é muito importante ter pessoas de confiança pra te ajudar não apenas no serviço adequado mas com o orçamento coerente . Abraço a equipe de vocês e muito sucesso
I wanted to record the excellent service both in the store, in the bike fit and in the workshop. Danny is a nice guy, very good and attentive as well as professional, during the fit he explained everything and had the patience to adjust every detail and explain why. A class! Santos, at the workshop, was the first to talk about a problem with the rear bearing without wanting to sell me a thousand things or other services, which had already happened on two occasions in other workshops for the same problem. Congratulations on your sincerity… in the end, for lay people like me about the pieces, it's very important to have people you trust to help you not only with the proper service but with a consistent budget. Minha Specialized Camber ano 2011 quebrou a balança traseira (que não deixa de ser parte do quadro). A bike foi comprada na Austrália em 2011 e não teria garantia no Brasil. Porém, na hora o Vitor e Macson se prontificaram a primeiro ver se havia em estoque uma peça de 2011. Deixei a bike e 20min depois o Vitor me ligou dizendo que tinha achado uma peça e que seria dada em garantia.
Fantástica a postura deles e da Pedal Power que deu assistência para um cliente de uma bike de 10anos ao invés de simplesmente condenar a bike para forçar o cliente a comprar uma nova. Souberam mais uma vez ganhar a confiança do cliente (já fiz algumas manutenções com eles nesta mesma bike). Parabéns!!!!
Excellent service and attention from both Vitor and Macson.
My 2011 Specialized Camber broke the rear scale (which is still part of the frame). The bike was purchased in Australia in 2011 and would not have a warranty in Brazil. However, at the time, Vitor and Macson were ready to first see if there was a 2011 part in stock. I left the bike and 20 minutes later Vitor called me saying that he had found a part and that it would be given under warranty.
Their posture is fantastic and that of Pedal Power that assisted a customer with a 10-year-old bike instead of simply condemning the bike to force the customer to buy a new one. Once again they knew how to win the customer's trust (I've already done some maintenance with them on this same bike). Congratulations!!!!
