I always count on the patience of dear collaborators Alef and Rogério who always make sure that I am making the best deal in both price and quality. I would never put a Sora in my old Caloi 10 if it really was not a great deal. The image leaves no doubt ... (laughs) ?

A loja foi minha recomendação para ele ir comprar a bike dele, assim como fui recomendado na época que eu e alguns moradores do condomínio fomos comprar nossas bike. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito bom, a única coisa que me impede de dar 5 estrelas é pelo preço mas também não tem nenhum concorrente próximo e manter uma loja no centro de São Caetano não é barato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisava trocar as pastilhas de freio da minha bike e como passei em frente perguntei se seria possível fazer o serviço. Um senhor que estava no balcão olhou a bike e perguntou se era elétrica, e eu respondi que sim. Prontamente ele disse que não faziam serviço em bike elétrica. Argumentei que o freio era comum, a disco por cabo, ou seja, o mesmo usado em qquer bike e não tinha nenhuma relação coma parte eletrica. Mesmo assim ele disse que não faziam (????). Passei em outra bicicletaria e o serviço foi feito em 5 minutos...
I needed to change the brake pads on my bike and as I passed by I asked if it would be possible to do the service. A gentleman at the counter looked at the bike and asked if it was electric, and I said yes. He promptly said they didn't do electric bike service. I argued that the brake was common, disc by cable, that is, the same used on any bike and had nothing to do with the electrical part. Even so, he said they didn't (????). I went to another bike shop and the service was done in 5 minutes...
