Enquanto minha filha fazia procedimento estético que fica ao lado desse petshop eu fiquei na porta e olhando eles fazerem a tosa.
Um cachorrinho que estava sendo tosado começou a chorar porque a tosadora cortou a unha dele e provavelmente pegou a carne. Ela ainda disse pro cachorro pra parar

Coitado dos cachorros e dos donos que acham que estão deixando em lugar bom.
Deus me livre trazer meus animaizinhos pra cá.
Podem criticar o que for, mas mesmo não sendo cliente tenho direito de reclamar.
Uma dica. Fiquem de olha no seu animal enquanto tosa.
I didn't take my dog and I never will.
While my daughter was doing an aesthetic procedure that is next to this petshop I stood at the door and watched them do the shearing.
A puppy that was being shorn started to cry because the shearer cut his nail and probably took the meat. She even told the dog to stop

Poor dogs and owners who think they are leaving in a good place.
God forbid to bring my animals here.
You can criticize anything, but even if I'm not a customer, I have the right to complain.
A hint. Keep an eye on your pet while grooming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço bom, banho em tosa do jeito que eu solicitei, mas o atendimento da recepção é péssimo na hora de marcar o horário, parece que o cliente está pedindo favor, pelo que pude perceber ou colocam uma criança ou algum adulto muito mal educado para o atendimento telefônico.
Good service, grooming just the way I requested, but the reception service is terrible when it comes to making an appointment, it seems that the customer is asking for a favor, from what I could see, or they put a child or some very rude adult to the telephonic service.

I entrusted my dog to them, when she got here at home her little arm was bleeding, totally horrible what they did, be careful when trusting these services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoro quando meu dog toma banho nesse petshop, pena que o pessoal que trabalha na unidade inclusive o dono não tem o menor cuidado com o atendimento.
O contato via telefone é sempre muito ruim, mas hoje foi a gota.. marquei banho, ficaram de vir buscar a tarde e não apareceram, nem ao menos sinal de fumaça avisando que não viria.
Meu Feedback é com intuito de agregar ao negócio, porque tem tudo para crescer mais e mais, eu mesmo já indiquei para vários amigos.. falta um pouco mais de profissionalismo e comprometimento com o cliente, com o pet o atendimento está ok.
I love it when my dog takes a bath in this petshop, it's a pity that the people who work at the unit, including the owner, don't take the slightest care with the service.
Contact via phone is always very bad, but today was the last straw.. I scheduled a shower, they were supposed to come pick up in the afternoon and they didn't show up, not even a smoke signal warning that they wouldn't come.
My Feedback is intended to add to the business, because it has everything to grow more and more, I myself have already recommended it to several friends.. it lacks a little more professionalism and commitment to the customer, with the pet the service is ok.
