Banheiros públicos limpos, banheiro público para pessoas especiais. Fui como acompanhante pela primeira vez, fomos bem atendido. Só não dou 5 pela tentativa de indução do paciente a fazer a cirurgia lazer pelo Dr. Paulo Signorelli e a rapidez do atendimento sem dar muita atenção ao paciente. E indicação de ótica para confecção de óculos. Parabéns aos administradores e proprietários pela organização do local?
Great location. Polite, competent and attentive staff. Waiting room, air-conditioned, pleasant and cozy. Clean and organized place. Clean public restrooms, public restrooms for special people. I went as an escort for the first time, we were well attended. I just do not give 5 for the attempt to induce the patient to do leisure surgery by Dr. Paulo Signorelli and the speed of the service without giving much attention to the patient. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou espantada com o péssimo atendimento dessa clinica, primeiro porque marcamos horário para ser atendidos e fomos atendidos horas depois.
Depois porque a dra Tais médica da clinica orientou meu esposo a fazer um exame pago por fora do convênio pois segundo ela era melhor....ele fez e pagou pelo exame. E dias depois a clinica disse que perdeu o exame.
Remarcaram e de novo horas depois a médica refez o exame e desta vez disse que ñ conseguiu o resultado ....Olha...nunca ví coisa igual....pedimos o dinheiro de volta tem 1 mês e nada.
I am amazed at the poor service of this clinic, first because we set a time to be attended and we were attended hours later.
Then, because Dr. Tais of the clinic advised my husband to take a paid exam outside the agreement because according to her was better .... he did and paid for the exam. And days later the clinic said it missed the exam.
Remarked and again hours later the doctor redid the exam and this time said that ñ got the result .... Look ... never saw anything like .... we asked the money back has 1 month and nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma cirurgia para correção de grau, a princípio seria "Lazik", chegou na hora da cirurgia disseram que não era possível e tinha que faze a PRK. O pós operatório foi horrível, fique sem visão nítida por mais de um mês, não tive afastamento do trabalho, tinha que dirigir sem visão necessária. Faz mais de um ano essa cirurgia. Hj tenho miopia em um olho e o outro a visão não é boa nem prá longe nem para perto. Ficou muito pior do que era. Se vc acha que dá prá se virar com óculos, não recomento nenhuma cirurgia. Me arrependi muito!!!!! E o pior que a clínica diz que está tudo bem, tudo normal.
Hoje é outubro de 2021. Nunca mais tive a visão boa. Impossível se acostumar com a cirurgia. Fora outros problemas que passei a enfrentar.
Antes passava boa parte do dia sem óculos, agora tenho que usar o dia todo... Se pudesse voltar no tempo, não seria precipitado em aceitar a oferta de cirurgia, cometi um grande erro...

Today is October 2021. I never had my good eyesight again. Impossible to get used to the surgery. Other problems that I started to face.
Before I spent a good part of the day without glasses, now I have to wear them all day... If I could go back in time, I wouldn't be hasty in accepting the offer of surgery, I made a big mistake...

É uma pena, o doutor Paulo é bom, mas só de pensar em passar por essa recepção que tudo que precisamos resolver é na arrogância das atendentes, eu prefiro ir em outra clínica.
