★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito precário, uma hospedagem pouco arejada e com cheiro de mofo e cigarro em todos os lugares, e de banheiro compartilhado (péssimo também). Não há cozinha nem conforto de espécie alguma. Nem como ultima opção serve.
Very precarious, a little airy and smelling of mold and cigarette everywhere, and shared bathroom (lousy too). There is no kitchen or comfort of any kind. Nor is it the last option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi o pior lugar que já me hospedei em toda minha vida, não recomendável nem para um mendigo....os quartos no sub-solo mais parecem uma masmorra, possuem uma minúscula janela por onde não passa ventilação, sendo assim o calor se torna insuportável, mesmo no corredor não dá nem para respirar, se houver um incêndio morre todo mundo.
A suposta cozinha não possui geladeira, nem mesa ou cadeiras...apenas um fogão e uma pia imunda quase caindo, não há limpeza e a lixeira está sempre transbordando...já o microondas mal funciona, deve-se contar com a sorte, é claro.
A parte da lavanderia é outra bela piada, não oferece o mínimo espaço para estender roupas, a máquina mal funciona direito; você vai lavar suas roupas e elas voltam mais sujas ainda.
Nos corredores, principalmente na frente dos quartos há sempre lixo ensacado, que por muitas vezes permanece ali por vários dias, e é possível ver baratas, percevejos e até ratos passeando pelo mesmo.
Resumindo; um lugar imundo, com péssimas acomodações. Se você está pesquisando um lugar para se hospedar em São Paulo evite esse lugar, as fotos do anuncio não condizem nem um pouco com a realidade que é oferecida. Não é hotel, não é pensionato;é uma verdadeira tragédia anunciada!
It was the worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life, not recommended even for a beggar .... the rooms on the ground floor look more like a dungeon, have a tiny window through which no ventilation passes, so the heat becomes unbearable, even in the corridor you can't even breathe, if there is a fire everyone dies.
The supposed kitchen doesn't have a fridge, nor a table or chairs ... just a stove and a filthy sink almost falling, there is no cleaning and the trash is always overflowing ... the microwave barely works, luck must be had, of course.
The laundry part is another beautiful joke, it doesn't offer the least space to hang clothes, the machine barely works properly; you will wash your clothes and they will come back even more dirty.
In the corridors, especially in front of the rooms, there is always bagged garbage, which often remains there for several days, and it is possible to see cockroaches, bedbugs and even mice strolling through it.
Summing up; a filthy place, with lousy accommodations. If you are looking for a place to stay in São Paulo avoid this place, the photos in the announcement do not match the reality offered. It is not a hotel, it is not a boarding school, it is a true tragedy announced!
