★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, passou 50 minutos como estimado, dado os 50 minutos atendente informou que não tinham feito a pizza por causa de erro do sistema, mais 50 minutos de espera, pizza fria! E ainda a atendente ligou de volta pra gente depois de ter pego a pizza, pedindo para que eu retornasse pois tinham enviado uma pizza errada, sendo que a pizza pedida estava com os sabores que foi pedido, tremenda bagunça! Nunca mais
Bad service, 50 minutes passed as estimated, given the 50 minutes the attendant informed that they hadn't made the pizza because of a system error, another 50 minutes of waiting, cold pizza! And yet the attendant called us back after having picked up the pizza, asking me to return because they had sent a wrong pizza, and the pizza ordered had the flavors that were ordered, tremendous mess! Never

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, a 1 vez que pedi pizza nesse estabelecimento, veio na minha pizza um “pelo”, não sei se era pelo de braço ou saco…
Joguei a pizza inteira no lixo, porém decidi dar mais uma oportunidade para a empresa, e voltei a fazer um novo pedido da data de hoje, 18/03/2022, porém a atendente me deu um prazo de 60 minutos para a entrega, e liguei lá já fazia 1h hora e 47 minutos e minha pizza não havia chego. Liguei para saber o que aconteceu , e a atendente me informou que o entregador se atrasou mas que a pizza ia sair da pizzaria aquele exato momento, como assim não foi o entregador que atrasou?! Eu nem questionei pq já havia perdido a paciente e estava com fome.
Definitivamente perdeu o cliente, atendimento péssimo.
Terrible service, the 1st time I ordered pizza at this establishment, my pizza had a “hair”, I don’t know if it was arm hair or sack hair…
I threw the whole pizza in the trash, but I decided to give the company another chance, and I went back to place a new order on today's date, 03/18/2022, but the attendant gave me a deadline of 60 minutes for delivery, and I called there 1 hour and 47 minutes ago and my pizza had not arrived. I called to find out what happened, and the attendant informed me that the delivery man was late but that the pizza was going to leave the pizzeria at that exact moment, what do you mean it wasn't the delivery guy who was late?! I didn't even question because I had already lost the patient and was hungry.
Definitely lost the customer, terrible service.
