★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei minha cachorra para tomar banho, eles pegaram ela de manhã e me entregaram mais de 18h da noite, ela chegou aqui super estressada e com medo.
Um tempo depois ela apareceu 2 caroços enormes no pescoço com um buraco cada um, o que da a entender que usaram enforcadeira nela, sendo que ela é super mansa e boazinha.
Agora ela esta sofrendo, eu tendo que gastar um dinheirão com com veterinário por culpa desse lugar.
Fora que o motorista disse que iria trazer meu troco de 20,00 e nunca recebi o troco.
Não adianta nada atender os humanos bem pra ganhar clientes e tratar os animais sem amor nenhum, sendo que a empresa lida com animais. PÉSSIMOS!!!

Now she is suffering, I have to spend a lot of money with a vet because of this place.
Besides, the driver said he would bring my 20.00 change and I never received the change.
There is no point in serving humans well to win customers and treat animals without any love, since the company deals with animals. TERRIBLE !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ favor tirar o nome de clínica veterinária! corri recentemente ao local com uma emergencia ao ver o nome PET E VET no google e por ver a fachada do estabelecimento, mas chegando ao local o atendente me diz que "lá não é veterinário mais"!! .... Meu animalzinho faleceu e esse momento me dirigindo ao local errado faria a diferença. Se não for prestar serviço veterinário, tire o nome ou arrume um novo profissional, mas execute o serviço que você promete!! Ainda mais que é o NOME do estabelecimento

My little pet passed away and that moment driving me to the wrong place would make a difference. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do serviço de banho e tosa, minha cachorrinha voltou com o bico do peito sangrando muito, parece que cortou com a máquina na hora da tosa. E pra piorar cortaram o pelo bem curtinho mas não mexeram na cabeça da cachorra, ela ficou horrível, parecendo juba de leão.
I didn't like the bath and grooming service, my little dog came back with her nipple bleeding a lot, it seems she cut it with the machine when she was grooming. And to make matters worse, they cut the fur very short but they didn't touch the dog's head, she was horrible, looking like a lion's mane.

Solicitei o serviço de banho e "tosa higiênica" quando meu cachorro voltou: todo despenteado(só bateram secador), a tosa higiênica muito mal feita deixando a impressão de que foi feita de qualquer jeito e com qualquer tesoura cega e ainda por cima, cortaram o pelo da cabeça do meu cachorro. (LITERALMENTE DESCARACTERIZARÃO MEU CACHORRO DEIXANDO O FORMATO DA BABEÇA QUADRADA). Eu não pedi para tosar ou baixar o pelo do corpinho ou da cabeça!!!
Fiz uma reclamação e os mesmos se desculparam dizendo que no momento da tosa ele se mexeu e infelizmente cortou mais do que deveria.
Pessoal, converse com os donos quando isso acontecer o dono sempre percebe a diferença do Pet quando volta para casa. Vai gerar menos indignação!
I scheduled a bath for my dog Poodle. I asked for the bath service and "hygienic grooming" when my dog came back: all disheveled (they only had a hair dryer), the hygienic grooming was very poorly done, leaving the impression that it was done in any way and with any blunt scissors and on top of that, they cut the hair on my dog's head. (THEY WILL LITERALLY DISCHARACTERIZE MY DOG LEAVING THE SQUARE BABE FORMAT). I didn't ask to shave or lower the hair on the body or the head!!!
I made a complaint and they apologized saying that at the time of clipping he moved and unfortunately cut more than he should have.
Guys, talk to the owners when this happens the owner always notices the difference of the Pet when he returns home. It will generate less indignation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu cão para dar banho/tosa e, quando busquei, ainda estava com o pêlo úmido e sem, aparentemente, terem passado um secador, escovado, pois ele é um Yorkshire e tem o pêlo liso e como podem ver na foto está com o pêlo todo atrapalhado. No geral, o corte não ficou bom.
