E olha que conheço essa empresa somente há um ano É recomendo muito!!!
 The veterinary service done by Dras. Claudia and Marina are exceptional! With the inauguration of the new house at Rua Melo Alves, which was good, it got better. Beautiful and complete store, place for bath and fantastic grooming, keeping its excellent professionals in charge of the service.

Quanto à clínica, todos os elogios são pouco para descrever o trabalho, a generosidade, a competência e o compromisso da Dra. Claudia Kronfly.
Ela trata da minha Cocker há mais de 10 anos. O cuidado, a atenção, a assertividade e a compreensão que ela tem da importância que esses pequenos melhores amigos (e realmente são!!!!) têm em nossas vidas só nos dá confiança e a certeza de que sempre teremos o melhor suporte no cuidado dos nossos companheiros de jornada.
Há quase dois anos adotei uma cachorrinha abandonada, que vai seguramente ser cuidada pela Dra Claudia por toda a vida.
Não é menos importante dizer que há algum tempo, acredito que um ano, juntou -se à clínica a veterinária Marina Signorini, que tem o mesmo cuidado, seriedade, dedicação e carinho pelos pequenos que a Dra Claudia dedica ao seu trabalho.
E para completar o time, Ana e Yara assistem o trabalho e nos lembram das datas de vacinas e todos os cuidados necessários para a saúde dos nossos pets.
A Dra. Claudia tem meu maior respeito, carinho e gratidão por tudo o que tem feito pelas minhas queridas Lady e Gigi!
Posso dizer o mesmo em nome da minha esposa, que hoje vê na Dra Claudia um membro de nossa família, e nos sentimos com muita sorte por ter conhecido o pet patas e essas pessoas tão especiais.

As for the clinic, all praise is not enough to describe the work, generosity, competence and commitment of Dr. Claudia Kronfly.
She has been taking care of my Cocker for over 10 years. The care, attention, assertiveness and understanding she has of the importance these little best friends (and they really are!!!!) have in our lives only gives us confidence and the certainty that we will always have the best support in care of our fellow travelers.
Almost two years ago I adopted an abandoned puppy, who will surely be cared for by Dr Claudia for life.
It is no less important to say that some time ago, I believe a year ago, the veterinarian Marina Signorini joined the clinic, who has the same care, seriousness, dedication and affection for the little ones that Dr Claudia dedicates to her work.
And to complete the team, Ana and Yara watch the work and remind us of the dates of vaccinations and all the necessary care for the health of our pets.
Dr. Claudia has my greatest respect, affection and gratitude for everything she has done for my dear Lady and Gigi!
I can say the same on behalf of my wife, who today sees Dr Claudia as a member of our family, and we feel very lucky to have known pet paws and these very special people.

O problema é a comunicação sobre valores. Você entra lá achando que vai gastar X e sai gastando 3x mais sem a comunicação adequada.
Na última vez eu tentei evitar esse problema pedindo uma lista dos gastos. Eu cheguei lá e me empurraram mais coisas que eram cobradas à parte sem eu perceber. Se o "extra" é tão importante, por que não falar dele já no começo da conversa?
The service is good and I think Claudia knows what she is doing.
The problem is communication about values. You go in there thinking you are going to spend X and you leave spending 3x more without proper communication.
Last time I tried to avoid this problem by asking for a list of expenses. I got there and they pushed me more things that were charged separately without me realizing it. If the "extra" is so important, why not mention it at the beginning of the conversation?
