★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O gato resgatado por uma sobrinha teve esporotricose e, após a cura, ele foi levado à Pet Prime, Pet, para avaliação, e foi muito bem atendido.
Recentemente ele sofreu de um mal súbito e a equipe da Pet Prime atendeu com amor e eficiência, e o mesmo foi salvo, tendo inclusive quatro paradas cardíacas, agora ele tem passado por avaliações periódicas.
O nome dele é Sorte, e o dela é Analu, ambos tem Instagram.
 The cat rescued by a niece had sporotrichosis and, after healing, he was taken to Pet Prime, Pet, for evaluation, and was very well taken care of.

Great place, clean, polite professionals always willing to help. It just takes a while for the service and there's no point in making an appointment lol other than that I highly recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma consulta cardíaca no dia no dia 18/02/2022 tenho que fazer o retorno, mas a médica não atende mais desde o dia 04/03/2022, como foi participativo pelo Life Pet querem me cobrar outra consulta com a outra médica. Dois problemas: uma que estou dentro dos 30 dias, não tenho como saber se o profissional que atende na clínica vai sair e o plano (Life Pet) quer tirar o corpo fora alegando que também não tem responsabilidade.
I had a cardiac appointment on 02/18/2022, I have to return it, but the doctor has not answered since 03/04/2022, as it was participatory by Life Pet, they want to charge me for another appointment with the other doctor. Two problems: one that I am within 30 days, I have no way of knowing if the professional who works at the clinic will leave and the plan (Life Pet) wants to take the body out, claiming that it is also not responsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A consulta foi no horário correto sem atrasos, a Dra Fernanda que nos atendeu muito simpática e atenciosa, porém o consultório não estava em boas condições, a mobília velha, estofado amarelado, rasgado e ressecado me chamou atenção. Fica a sugestão de melhoria nos consultórios, com objetivo de um ambiente bonito e aconchegante.
The appointment was at the correct time without delays, Dr Fernanda who attended to us was very friendly and attentive, but the office was not in good condition, the old furniture, yellowed upholstery, torn and dry caught my attention. There is a suggestion for improvement in the offices, with the aim of a beautiful and cozy environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A recepcionista é gentil e educada. A médica também foi bastante atenciosa. O ambiente é agradável e espaçoso. O local é fácil de acessar. Mas, não dou todas as estrelas porque: a espera pela consulta demorou mais de uma hora, meus animais acabaram ficando mais agitados que o de costume. O exame de sangue, tive que pagar a vista. E os procedimentos prescritos de exames específicos não pude agendar, porque a recepcionista não sabe informar os valores pelo plano. Não entendi, a clínica é a principal do plano. Mas, no geral, foi muito bom. Voltarei, acredito.
The receptionist is kind and polite. The doctor was also very attentive. The atmosphere is pleasant and spacious. The location is easy to access. But I don't give all the stars because: the wait for the appointment took more than an hour, my animals ended up being more agitated than usual. The blood test, I had to pay cash. And the prescribed procedures of specific exams I could not schedule, because the receptionist does not know how to inform the values by the plan. I don't understand, the clinic is the main part of the plan. But overall it was very good. I'll be back, I believe.
