Todas as doutoras que conheci foram uns amores e excelentes no tratamento dos nenês! Possui estacionamento, estrutura, qualidade, bem localizado e aceita o convênio! Não é cheio, super tranquilo, enfim o melhor !!!
For me one of the best pets in the region!! The service of the girls is unique, always attentive and concerned! All the doctors I met were lovely and excellent in the care of babies! It has parking, structure, quality, well located and accepts the agreement! It's not crowded, super quiet, finally the best !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente já há alguns anos , recentemente mudou de proprietários , alguns funcionários permaneceram . O Pet tem um Preço razoável, serviço de banho e tosa é bom , não excelente. A equipe é carinhosa com os pets, contudo ao meu ver , a nova funcionária responsável por banho e tosa tem pouquíssima empatia com os clientes .
I've been a customer for a few years, recently it changed owners, some employees remained. The Pet has a reasonable price, bath and grooming service is good, not excellent. The team is affectionate with pets, however, in my view, the new employee responsible for bathing and grooming has very little empathy with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mudei para a Aclimação recentemente e recebi a indicação do Pet Salon. Meus filhotes são clientes fiéis. A Betinha é um shitzu e vai toda semana, sempre faz hidratação e corte. A Tina é SRD porte médio e vai a cada 15 dias. A Lola e o Davi, são gatos irmãos e tbm são frequentadores :) O pessoal do Pet é mto carinho e acolhedor, com todos eles! Recomendo muito! <3
I switched to Acclimation recently and got referred to the Pet Salon. My puppies are loyal customers. Betinha is a shitzu and goes every week, she always hydrates and cuts. Tina is a medium sized SRD and goes every 15 days. Lola and Davi are brothers and sisters and are also regulars :) The Pet staff is very caring and welcoming, with all of them! I highly recommend! <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento 5 estrelas. Saio de Sao Bernardo do Campo para levar meu pet na Pet Salon Aclimacao. Sao atenciosos, carinhosos, banho e tosa perfeitos. O banho da Nicoly dura ate 20 dias. Ela é uma West Terrier. A tosa é feita com cuidado, ela nunca vem cortada. Amo a Pet Salon.
5 star service. I leave São Bernardo do Campo to take my pet to the Pet Salon Aclimacao. They are attentive, affectionate, perfect bath and grooming. Nicoly's bath lasts up to 20 days. She is a West Terrier. The clipping is done with care, it is never cut. I love Pet Salon.

Na realidade, ela ficava no day-care e à noite eles a traziam para que dormisse aqui em casa. Aliás, a chave de nossa casa ficou com o pessoal do Pet Salon, para que a buscassem e trouxessem de volta todos os dias. Diariamente recebia as fotos dela muito feliz e se divertindo com os amigos do day-care. Todo cuidado e carinho da equipe com a Chanel nos deu muita tranquilidade durante a viagem. Novamente, parabéns à equipe Pet Salon. Super recomendo!
Congratulations to the entire Pet Salon team for the care, care and professionalism. We recently traveled for 15 days and left our Chanel in the care of Pet Salon. In fact, she stayed in the day-care and at night they brought her to sleep here at home. In fact, the key to our house was left with the Pet Salon staff, so they could pick it up and bring it back every day. Precisei casta-ló e confiei à Dra Iara Leles, muito atenciosa e esclarecei todas as minhas dúvidas, me deixando segura para realização do procedimento. Ela me deu todas as orientações e o pós operatório foi muito tranquilo. Recomendo muito toda a equipe!
Wonderful! The staff always careful and attentive with my 4 legged son. My son always came back from the bath smelling great, with soft fur and he loved it. I had to casta-ló and trusted Dr Iara Leles, who was very attentive and clarified all my doubts, making me feel safe to perform the procedure. She gave me all the instructions and the postoperative period was very smooth. I highly recommend the entire team!
