★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre faço a sobrancelha com a Ranessa. Único problema é a falta de vagas ( apenas 3 carros) na garagem do estabelecimento. Você tem que parar na rua e colocar zona azul.
I always do my eyebrows with Ranessa. Only problem is the lack of spaces (only 3 cars) in the establishment's garage. You have to stop on the street and put blue zone.

Vou sempre e sempre sou muito bem atendida desde a recepção até o fim de atendimento, as profissionais são excelentes e atenciosas. Fiz minha unha com uma das profissionais e simplesmente amei, além do resultado ter ficado lindo, ela foi super gentil durante o atendimento, mãos de fada!

I always go and I am always very well attended from the reception to the end of service, the professionals are excellent and attentive. I did my nail with one of the professionals and I just loved it, in addition to the result being beautiful, she was super kind during the service, fairy hands!

No serviço de manicure as profissionais são excelentes, todas as moças que já me atenderam foram ótimas.
Quanto a design de sobrancelha algumas moças foram muito boas, outras com um serviço mediano, mas nada que tornasse negativo o trabalho!
Só utilizei o serviço de cabeleireira uma vez, mas realmente não me agradou tanto! Não foi ruim, mas acredito que para o meu tipo cabelo a profissional não acertou o corte!
The location is good!
In the manicure service, the professionals are excellent, all the girls who have attended to me have been great.
As for eyebrow design, some girls were very good, others with an average service, but nothing that would make the work negative!
I only used the hairdressing service once, but I really didn't like it that much! It wasn't bad, but I believe that for my hair type, the professional didn't get the cut right!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não há transparência quanto ao que é anunciado. Informam que o café seria cortesia. Tomei um café e pedi um salgado na cafeteria.
Ao receber a conta me cobraram R$ 6,00 pelo café com uma espuma de leite. Não é pelo preço cobrado mas quando avisei que queria o café com um pouco de leite a atendente não comentou nada sobre o valor e se tivesse avisado eu pediria o café simples mesmo. Reclamei na recepção e a atendente simplesmente me ignorou dizendo que a cafeteria não fazia parte do salão, porém a placa com o aviso do café estava bem ao lado da recepção do salão Menina Flor.
There is no transparency as to what is advertised. They inform that the coffee would be complimentary. I had coffee and ordered a snack at the cafeteria.
Upon receiving the bill, I was charged R$ 6.00 for the coffee with a froth of milk. It's not for the price charged, but when I said I wanted the coffee with a little milk, the attendant didn't say anything about the price and if I had, I would have ordered the simple coffee. I complained at the reception and the attendant simply ignored me saying that the cafeteria was not part of the lounge, but the sign with the coffee notice was right next to the reception of the Menina Flor lounge.
