Nada desculpa a falta de atenção e descaso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu sptiz e achei o valor alto e padrão baixo, o cheiro no dia que visitei estava forte de xixi, mas é o de menos... Foi indicação aqui no condomínio que moro, mas infelizmente não curti o trabalho de banho, não volto.

O local é fino, a dona uma graça mas o banho...
O secador fica a esquerda, as torneiras a direita. O animal se bate nas torneiras ao fugir do secador. O tratador agarrava o meu cachorrinho de 8 meses pelos pelos, pescoço, com interação zero com o animal. Meu cachorro ama tomar banho, mas assisti um cachorro apavorado (desde que chegou na porta), em profundo desespero para sumir dali.
Não há interação alguma com o animal e sofri muito ao assistir a um circo caótico onde era olhada pelo tratador como uma cliente difícil onde manteve a conduta fria, bruta e inadequada. Tremo só de lembrar. Chorei muito por te_lo enviado anteriormente sem o acompanhar.
Percebi que é o padrão dali, demoraram a me acudir e num arroubo abri a porta de vidro falando alto e pedindo que colocasse o animal "no meio da bancada" longe das torneiras onde meu animal já tinha se batido 3 vezes.
Era padrão! A difícil era eu!!
Na hora da tosa, eu já tremendo, o mesmo tratador torceu a pata do animal para aparar. Sem cerimônia alguma...
Interrompi na hora, paguei e fiquei uns 3 dias com gosto de covardia na boca.
Certeza que tudo continua igual, é padrão do tratador que sequer se desculpou pois a doida era eu...
Perdi totalmente a confiança no local. Uma pena, pois é perto, limpo ,bonito e a dona quer acertar, educada, polida, mas rendida a falta que faz um tratador.
Jurei ali NUNCA MAIS mandar meu pet a banho algum. Faço eu, pois meu pet apesar do desespero apresentado, ama o banho que dou.

The dryer is on the left, the taps on the right. The animal hits the taps as it escapes from the dryer. The handler would grab my 8 month old puppy by fur, neck, with zero interaction with the animal. My dog loves to bathe, but I watched a terrified dog (since he arrived at the door), in deep despair to get out of there.
There is no interaction with the animal and I suffered a lot when watching a chaotic circus where I was seen by the handler as a difficult customer where she kept her behavior cold, crude and inappropriate. I shudder just to remember. I cried a lot because I sent it earlier without accompanying you.
I realized that this is the standard there, they took a long time to help me and in a swoon I opened the glass door talking loudly and asking me to place the animal "in the middle of the bench" away from the taps where my animal had already hit itself 3 times.
It was standard! The difficult one was me!!
At clipping time, I was already trembling, the same handler twisted the animal's paw to trim. Without any ceremony...
I stopped right away, paid and stayed for 3 days with the taste of cowardice in my mouth.
I'm sure everything remains the same, it's standard of the keeper who didn't even apologize because I was crazy...
I totally lost confidence in the place. A pity, because it's close, clean, beautiful and the owner wants to get it right, polite, polite, but surrendered to the fault that a caretaker makes.
I swore there NEVER AGAIN to send my pet to any bath. I do it, because my pet, despite the despair presented, loves the bath I give.

ZERO bath.
Too bad, I thought I had found a place for the next 15 years.

Infelizmente enviei minha cachorra algumas vezes para dar banho por ser perto de casa, mas além do trabalho de banho está muito ruim minha cachorra veio com um corte na barriga profundo como se fosse de lâmina ou algo assim. Informei pelo WhatsApp e enviei a foto mas não recebi nenhuma explicação do que aconteceu com a minha cachorra.
I do not recommend. Unfortunately I sent my dog a few times to bathe because it was close to home, but besides the bath work it's pretty bad my dog came with a deep cut on her belly like it was a razor blade or something. I informed it through WhatsApp and sent the photo but I didn't receive any explanation of what happened to my dog.
