★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu cachorro para tosa e cortaram em cima do olho do cachorro ninguém avisou nada que aconteceu um acidente absurdo não deram suporte tentando arrumar várias desculpa e ainda nem uma pomada nada deram pra cuidar do que eles fizeram, o cachorro ficou assustado nao são de confiança não levem não tosam lá pode cortar o seu cachorro já aconteceu outra vez mas persisti dessa vez não acreditei o que fizeram
I took my dog for grooming and they cut it over the dog's eye no one warned anything that an absurd accident happened they didn't give support trying to find several excuses and even an ointment they didn't give anything to take care of what they did, the dog got scared they aren't to be trusted don't take it don't shave there you can cut your dog it's happened again but i persisted this time i didn't believe what they did

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, vc entra na loja e ninguém te atende , fui comprar peixes e simplesmente o atendente não sabe ou não quer te dar as informações necessárias, vários peixes de lá morrem no dia seguinte, nunca mais compro nada lá.
Terrible service, you enter the store and no one answers you, I went to buy fish and the attendant simply doesn't know or doesn't want to give you the necessary information, several fish there die the next day, I never buy anything there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento,eles deixam vc ficar esperando por horas e não pergunta se vc precisa de alguma coisa...nunca mais voltei lá...e o pior que pedimos para dar banho no nosso gato e ele voltou com a sapatas sujas,todo encardido.parece que só jogaram água,nem cheiro de shampoo tinha aff..
Terrible service, they let you wait for hours and don't ask if you need anything...I never went back there...and the worst thing is that we asked to bathe our cat and he came back with dirty shoes, all grimy .it looks like they just threw water, not even the smell of shampoo there was aff..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dra Gabriela é pessimmaaaaaaa veterinaria desumana , insensível , mercenária pq ela.matou meu cão aplicando vacina V10.nele que tava com sintoma de cinomose na quinta passada, ela nao indicou nenhum teste ,aplicou direto a vacina V10 , ele passou muuuuuito mal pela reação da vacina com convulsoes durante todo fim de semanancorrendoncom.ele de madrugada em hosp particular no sábado , domingo , segunda e terça , deram Diazepan pra não aumentar edema cerebral, Gardenal muitos outras injeções pra controlar convulsões ,.coitado sofreu horroses e morreu terça a tarde , dia 24 fui falar com ela fez pouco caso irônica,debochada , ela.só.me.respondeu se quiser procure seus direitos .. que veterinária é essa que ia invés de salvar , mata !!!!!!! Providências já foram tomadas com meu advogado

Arrangements have already been made with my lawyer
