★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima, se ela tratar os pet como ela atende o telefone , coitado doa bichinhos ....não ligo mais e não recomendo , os bichinhos não sabe falar por isso temos que prestar bem atenção nisso !
My experience was terrible, if she treat the pet like she answers the phone, poor donates pets .... I don't care anymore and I don't recommend, the pets can't speak so we have to pay close attention to it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu cachorro neste pet shop para dar banho e tosa. Ele voltou com dor de ouvido e a loja se recusou a cuidar do meu cão e simplesmente falou: "Leva esse remedinho que já melhora" . Eles ainda cobraram o remédio por um erro que eles mesmo cometeram. Se depender de mim nunca mais levo meu animal neste comércio. Não recomendo!
I took my dog in this pet shop to bathe and groom. He came back with an earache and the store refused to take care of my dog and simply said, "Take this little medicine that is already getting better." They even charged the medicine for a mistake they made themselves. If it is up to me, I will never bring my animal back to this trade. I do not recommend!
