★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta total de comprometimento, marquei veterinária e banho e tosa para minha cachorra no horário x com o senhor é a mulher que dá o banho disse que não tinha horário como assim? Ainda marquei veterinária, última ocasião marquei banho ninguém me deu posição nenhuma ninguém ligou nem deu sinal de vida, puro descaso com os clientes, o atendimento é ótimo inclusive já desmaiei dentro do pet e fui bem socorrida agora a parte profissional deixou a desejar e perdeu uma cliente, por falta de comunicação dos funcionários!
E pra piorar a pessoa que dá banho me tratou super mal ao telefone

And to make it worse the person who gives a bath treated me super badly on the phone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ apesar de alguns bons preços, falta tato com o cliente. comprei 483,00 reais só de medicamento e só permitiram parcelar em 2 vezes. argumentei mas acabei ouvindo choro por parte dos proprietários. como se tratava de emergência, comprei (mas me arrependi 5 minutos depois). fui reclamar com o amigo que me indicou a loja e o mesmo disse que já parcelou algumas vezes compras em 3 vezes. Lamentável. NUNCA MAIS VOLTO NESSA LOJA MISERÁVEL, PARABÉNS PELA INCOMPETÊNCIA.

As it was an emergency, I bought it (but regretted it 5 minutes later). I went to complain with the friend who referred me to the store and he said that he has already parceled out a few times in 3 times. Unfortunate. NEVER MORE BACK IN THIS MISERABLE STORE, CONGRATULATIONS FOR INCOMPETENCE.

Existe uma clínica veterinária que faz parte da pet, na rua ao lado, mas não possui grandes atrativos nem profissionais que se destaquem.
