No mesmo dia o tecnico compareceu na minha residencia, diagnosticou o problema (algo que anteriormente outros técnicos nao tinham conseguido identificar), retirou o equipamento para o conserto e hoje (23/12/2021), o reparo ja tinha sido feito, e o equipamento foi re-instalado com sucesso. Preço justo, equipe atenciosa, e excelente atendimento ao cliente.
Excellent service. I contacted the store on 12/22/2021 to repair the split air conditioner. On the same day, the technician attended my residence, diagnosed the problem (something that other technicians had not been able to identify previously), removed the equipment for repair and today (12/23/2021), the repair had already been done, and the equipment has been successfully re-installed. Fair price, attentive staff, and excellent customer service.

Excelente atendimento desde do primeiro contato com o Sr. Julio até a finalização com o Sr. Anderson e Antônio. Sr Anderson extremamente atencioso, explicando o passo a passo de todo serviço que era necessário tanto na troca do aquecedor/ e aconselhamento da marca a ser comprada quanto a necessidade de refazer a instalação do Cookie que estava totalmente fora do padrão de segurança que já estava feito quando me mudei.
I recommend and I will request service again for another service (air conditioning) for sure. Excellent service from the first contact with Mr. Julio until the end with Mr. Anderson and Antonio. Mr Anderson was extremely attentive, explaining the step by step of every service that was necessary both in the exchange of the heater / and advice on the brand to be purchased and the need to redo the installation of the Cookie that was totally out of the safety standard that was already done when i moved.

Liguei para o Anderson contando o meu problema e no mesmo dia uma equipe resolveu o algo que me aborrecia há mais de 1 mês. Desde então, eu faço as manutenções periódicas e nunca mais tive problema nos aparelhos.
Hoje, inclusive, usei a garantia do serviço de manutenção. Liguei pela manhã e na hora do almoço já estavam atendendo.
Por isso, eu indico esta empresa baseado na competência, compromisso e confiança no trabalho honesto.
I'm a regular customer. I met them through the referral of a contractor. My case started with another installation company doing a very bad job on my air conditioners.
I called Anderson telling him my problem and on the same day a team solved something that had been bothering me for more than 1 month. Since then, I do periodic maintenance and never had a problem with the devices.
Today, I even used the maintenance service warranty. I called in the morning and by lunch time they were already answering.
Therefore, I recommend this company based on competence, commitment and trust in honest work.
