Uma vez comprei um produto que veio com defeito (um laser para brincar com gatos) e rapidamente fizeram a troca sem problema algum, sempre com ótimo atendimento. O horário de funcionamento também é bem amplo, ajudando a quem trabalha durante o dia conseguir comprar à noite.
Fazem entrega em domicílio e, para quem tem carro e quer comprar em grande quantidade, tem vagas logo na saída da loja.

The opening hours are also very wide, helping those who work during the day to be able to buy at night.

Fui a loja comprar um saco de ração de 15 kg, pois bem, tive que pegar o saco de ração da prateleira, no qual, fica a mais ou menos 1,70 alt. Do chão. Como que colocam saco de ração de 15kg numa altura não viável para cliente pegar? Não tem ninguém para ajudar.
Chegando ao caixa ainda tive que colocar a ração no balcão, pois a máquina que lê o código de barras não dava alcance.
A caixa fala o senhor tem que colocar saco no balcão.
Nenhum dos dois funcionários ajudaram.
Ficaram só olhando.
Péssimo atendimento!!!
