★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento porém, a tosa sempre deixa a desejar... A minha maltês sempre sai com tosa mal feita, sempre cortes tortos... Eu recorri a tosa hoje, por falta de tempo para levar a outro lugar... No final, como sempre, me arrependo imensamente! É uma pena, pois o lugar é muito bom mas, infelizmente quando você vai deixar o PET, eles mal deixam você terminar de falar o que deseja, pegam o PET e imediatamente o levam para o andar acima... É chato... No final, fica a persistente decepção. Eu poderia fazer alguns outros comentários, mas, acredito que não vale a pena! Resumindo, foi a última vez!
 Good service, however, the clipping always leaves something to be desired... My Maltese always leaves with a bad clipping, always crooked cuts... I resorted to clipping today, due to lack of time to take it to another place... In the end, As always, I really regret it! It's a shame, because the place is very nice, but unfortunately when you go to leave the PET, they barely let you finish saying what you want, they take the PET and immediately take it to the floor above... It's annoying... In the end, there is persistent disappointment. I could make some other comments, but I believe it's not worth it! In short, it was the last time!

A Leticia que me atendeu foi agil e prestativa e o Andre e a equipe do banho bem atentos ao bem estar da minha cachorra que é bastante medrosa. Acompanhei banho o tempo todo. Voltarei mais vezes.
I took my dog to shower today for the first time. The service was excellent, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Leticia who attended to me was agile and helpful and Andre and the bathroom team were very attentive to the well-being of my dog, who is quite fearful. I followed bath all the time. I will come back more often.
