★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento de todos desde o caixa até os veterinários feito de forma muito atenciosa, fui para vacinar o meu cachorro e foi super bem tratado, até ganhou petisco :).
O local é bem organizado, fácil de encontrar e para estacionar há 2 casas acima do mesmo lado da rua um estacionamento conveniado.
Care of everyone from the cashier to the veterinarians done in a very attentive way, I went to vaccinate my dog and it was super well treated, I even got a treat :).
The place is well organized, easy to find and for parking there are 2 houses on the same side of the street with an agreed car park.

Mandaram msg pelo celular, eu tinha saído sem celular e mesmo sem ter uma resposta minha, passaram o produto para desembaraçar nós, sendo que o pelo do cachorro foi tosado, ou seja, nem havia necessidade.
I emailed a complaint and they never responded. They charged for putting a product on the dog's fur, without first consulting me. They sent a message on my cell phone, I had left without my cell phone and even without an answer from me, they passed the product on to untangle us, and the dog's fur was shaved, that is, there was no need for it.
