★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha irmã comprou areia sanitária para gatos na segunda-feira, dia 01 de junho de 2015 e no dia 02 de junho solicitou a troca por uma de menor valor. Como não tenho carro, solicitamos a entrega em casa. Até hoje, dia 05 de junho, não foi efetuada a troca, apesar de minha irmã ter efetuado vários telefonemas para o Civicão. Prometeram que iriam entregar na quarta, dia 03, e depois que seria entregue hoje dia 05, SEXTA-FEIRA, o que NÃO aconteceu. Estou completamente desapontado com o mal atendimento da CIVICÃO.
My sister bought cat litter on Monday, June 1, 2015, and on June 2 requested to exchange it for a lower value. As I have no car, we request delivery at home. To this day, June 5, the exchange has not been made, although my sister has made several calls to Civicão. They promised they would deliver on Wednesday, the 3rd, and after it would be delivered today, Friday, which did NOT happen. I am completely disappointed by the poor service of CIVICÃO.
