★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo, lugar pessoas bem amáveis, agora quanto a reclamação abaixo, acredito que o pet, acredito deveria tomar algumas providencias legais, afina ela acusa de aplicar aplicar uma vacina, para cães uma acusação séria, que ao meu ver compromete a imagem do pet. Afinal nossa legislação e clara quem acusa tem que provar. Caso não consiga passível de penalização

Sempre volta muito limpa e toda cheia de laços!
I take my Maya since she was a puppy, the service and bathing and grooming are great, Maya comes back all happy and happy, and whenever I go there to buy feed she makes a point of playing with all the attendants!
It always comes back very clean and full of ties!

Dra Jaque é excelente!!! Me ajudou a trata da minha filha e até hoje acompanha de perto se está tudo bem. Ela tem mto amor pelos animais ❤️ Super recomendo .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não tenho do que reclamar sobre o atendimento com minha cachorra mel, ela esta indo a quase 1 mês e nunca voltou com nenhum problema, a mãe da mel e suas irmãs também frequentam regularmente e também nunca ouvi nada de ruim. Para mim atendimento excelente.
I have nothing to complain about the service with my dog Mel, she has been going for almost 1 month and has never returned with any problems, Mel's mother and her sisters also attend regularly and I have never heard anything bad either. Excellent service for me.

Liguei para lá hoje para perguntar sobre o valor do BANHO E TOSA, acho que é meio óbvio que quando se pergunta por banho e tosa você precisa dos dois serviços, a moça que me atendeu foi super simpática, disse que o banho e tosa para o porte da minha cachorrinha ficava 50 reais, marquei horário e fui, ao chegar lá a mesma me informou que esse era o valor apenas do banho, com a tosa ficaria 80 reais e que eles não tinham tempo de fazer por que o estabelecimento fecharia em breve sendo que eu marquei horário e falei
que o serviço era BANHO E TOSA o tempo todo na ligação. Aconselho vocês a gravarem as ligações ou marcarem por whatsapp para que, assim como eu, não corram o risco de gastarem, tempo, dinheiro, gasolina, para chegar lá e dizerem que foi culpa SUA e não dá funcionária que faz os clientes de trouxa passando os preços e horários de maneira errada e desleal.
edit: todos os comentários que você verá por aqui, incluindo o meu, mostram o TANTO que esse estabelecimento é desrespeitoso, desleal, desonesto e principalmente negligente com os animais que atendem, minha cachorrinha é adotada e SDR e só por ter o pelo longo a mulher que se diz "dona" do pet shop afirma que ela é uma Cocker, que eu sou uma dona irresponsável por não avisá-la previamente que a cachorra possui um probleminha na visão e é idosa e que isso por algum motivo que nem ela mesma sabe explicar, implicaria de alguma maneira negativamente no banho e tosa. Pensem bem, muito e muito e muitos clientes insatisfeitos e irritados e todas as respostas baixas, incoerentes, desrespeitosas e chulas, sempre culpando o cliente da incapacidade e falta de profissionalismo do próprio estabelecimento. Definitivamente é o pior lugar que você poderia levar seu bichinho, FUJAM!
I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy their work, but I had a pretty bad experience. I called there today to ask about the value of BATH AND GROOMING, I think it's kind of obvious that when you ask about bathing and grooming you need both services, the lady who attended me was super friendly, she said that the bath and grooming for the My dog's postage was 50 reais, I made an appointment and went, when I got there she informed me that this was the cost only for the bath, with the grooming it would be 80 reais and that they didn't have time to do it because the establishment would close soon since I made an appointment and said
that the service was BATH AND TOSA all the time on the call. I advise you to record the calls or make an appointment via whatsapp so that, like me, you don't run the risk of wasting time, money, gas, to get there and say it was YOUR fault and there is no employee who makes Muggle customers passing by the wrong and unfair prices and times.
edit: all the comments you'll see here, including mine, show SO MUCH that this establishment is disrespectful, disloyal, dishonest and mostly neglectful of the animals they serve, my little dog is adopted and SDR and just for having the long coat. The woman who claims to be the "owner" of the pet store says that she is a Cocker, that I am an irresponsible owner for not telling her in advance that the dog has a little problem with her eyesight and is elderly and that this is for some reason like herself knows how to explain, would imply somehow negatively in bathing and grooming. Think about it, lots and lots and lots of dissatisfied and angry customers and all the low, incoherent, disrespectful and foul responses, always blaming the customer for the incapacity and lack of professionalism of the establishment itself. Definitely the worst place you could take your pet, RUN AWAY!
