★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO LEVO EM OUTRO PET NUNCA MAIS!!! Melhor pet shop que já levei meu filho de 4 patas!!! Atendimento e produtos excelentes. Meu bebê estava com um problema de pele há meses (falta de queratina etc) e só piorava. Foi usado nele uma linha de shampoo com queratina e hudratação maravilhosa e ele virou outro cachorro.
DON'T TAKE IT IN ANOTHER PET EVER AGAIN!!! Best pet shop I ever took my 4-legged son!!! Excellent service and products. My baby had a skin problem for months (lack of keratin etc) and it just got worse. A line of shampoo with keratin and wonderful hydration was used on him and he became another dog.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O melhor Pet Banho que meu filho peludo já foi, e o único em que ele não tem medo de entrar, ele tem muito carinho pelos cuidadores, o que pra mim signific que é sempre muito bem tratado, o pelo dele está oincrivel desde que começou a ser cuidado pela docg, sem contar os proprietários que são pessoas maravilhosas e amam de verdade os nossos bichinhos. Tem também um ambiente muito limpo, bonito e aconchegante. Super recomendo.
The best Pet Bath my furry son has ever been to, and the only one he's not afraid to get into, he has a lot of affection for the caregivers, which to me means he's always been very well cared for, his fur is amazing since he started to be taken care of by docg, not to mention the owners who are wonderful people and really love our pets. It also has a very clean, beautiful and cozy environment. I highly recommend it.

Minha cachorra, há menos de 1 ano resgatada, tem muito medo de água em geral e não aprecia banhos, secadores, manipulação de outras pessoas, etc. Além disso, estamos investigando problemas dermatológicos que podem advir (ou não) de reações alérgicas à alimentos ou produtos.
Com esse histórico, é de se esperar que nós, tutores, sejamos extremamente exigentes em relação aos produtos usados e profissionais que lidam com Zola.
Primeiramente, o acolhimento que recebemos no espaço da Docg Tatuapé foi excepcional. O cuidado dos responsáveis pelo local e responsáveis pela estética animal para com Zozo ocorria do momento de nossa chegada até nossa saída, respeitando seu tempo e também seus medos.
Só tenho a agradecer pelo carinho demonstrado e respeito em relação às suas especificidades. ❤️
Os produtos deixaram os pelos da Zola irreconhecíveis. Já usávamos linhas de produtos de higiene e cuidado de ponta no mercado pet, mas, mesmo assim, nunca havíamos notado este grau de hidratação.
Cada vez mais estamos abastecendo nossa casa com produtos de banho e cuidados diários para ela.
Outro ponto importante a destacar é o fato dos produtos serem veganos, algo que não abrimos mão.
Ah! Por fim, não poderíamos deixar de falar sobre os petiscos! Zola está até mal acostumada com os petiscos oferecidos a ela, a cada vez que visitamos o espaço. Apesar de ser recém chegada nesta vida de pet, a bichinha é bastante seletiva para alimentação, mas nunca recusou nenhum da docg. Próximo passo será conhecer cada vez mais os produtos alimentícios para agradarmos, também em casa, seu paladar tão exigente.
Agradeço o carinho das profissionais que a atendem - em especial a tia Fê, que sempre nos nos deixa maravilhados com seu amor e cuidado pelos doguinhos. ❤️
I had the pleasure of getting to know the space and the brand recently.
My dog, rescued less than 1 year ago, is very afraid of water in general and does not like baths, dryers, handling other people, etc. In addition, we are investigating skin problems that may or may not result from allergic reactions to foods or products.
With this background, it is to be expected that we, tutors, are extremely demanding in relation to used products and professionals who deal with Zola.
Firstly, the reception we received at the Dogg Tatuapé space was exceptional. The care of those responsible for the place and responsible for animal aesthetics towards Zozo occurred from the moment of our arrival until our departure, respecting his time and also his fears.
I can only thank you for the affection shown and respect for their specificities. ❤️
The products left Zola's fur unrecognizable. We already used cutting-edge lines of hygiene and care products in the pet market, but even so, we had never noticed this degree of hydration.
We are increasingly supplying our home with bath products and daily care for her.
Another important point to highlight is the fact that the products are vegan, something we don't give up.
Ah! Finally, we couldn't stop talking about the snacks! Zola is even spoiled with the snacks offered to her every time we visit the space. Despite being a newcomer to this life as a pet, the pet is very selective for feeding, but has never refused any of the docg. The next step will be to get to know more and more about food products so that we can also please your demanding palate at home.
I am grateful for the affection of the professionals who attend her - especially Aunt Fê, who always leaves us in awe of her love and care for the doguinhos. ❤️

Loja extremamente limpa e organizada, banho e tosa muito bem higienizado. Uma loja que trás uma boa experiência e não fica com mais do mesmo que são fábricas de banho na região.
