★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não Recomendo!!!! Infelizmente hoje tive um ocorrido com os novos proprietários do Pet. Sempre mandei meus 2 cachorros com a Fátima! Sempre bem tratados e tudo em ordem!
Dessa vez, pedi tosa higiênica e tosaram minha Spitz alemão, que é face Fox. Espero que os pêlos voltem a crescer. Tiraram, sem consentimento, pêlos que são da espécie e a caracterizam e não são necessários tosar. Alem de estarem com mal acabamento nas patas e nas rabo do meu outro cachorro.
Só pediram desculpas, não manifestaram devolução do dinheiro e.muito.menos suporte, só falando que tinha veterinária no local. Decepcionada! Julgo falta de conhecimento das espécie e falta de atenção em finalizar acabamentos.

I do not recommend!!!! Unfortunately today I had an occurrence with the new owners of the Pet. I always sent my 2 dogs with Fátima! Always well cared for and everything in order!
This time I asked for a hygienic grooming and they shaved my German Spitz, which is a face Fox. I hope the hairs grow back. They removed, without consent, hairs that are of the species and that characterize it and are not necessary to shave. Besides being badly finished on my other dog's paws and tail.
They just apologized, didn't show a refund of the money and much less support, just saying that there was a veterinarian on site. Disappointed! I judge lack of knowledge of the species and lack of attention to finishing finishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho uma denuncia a fazer: passando em frente ao petshop vi uma funcionária tratando muito mal um cachorrinho. Ela pegava ele pela nuca e arrastava sem o menor cuidado ou carinho (acho que para trabalhar num lugar desses é bom que goste de animais). Ela fez isso várias vezes e ficava olhando para fora (pude ver isso pois há um vidro mostrando os "cuidados" com os animais, não era o caso dessa funcionária), até que notou que eu estava olhando e deu uma disfarçada. Até a tosa (que ela estava fazendo no momento) parecia ser muito violenta. Espero que o pet shop faça alguma coisa, ainda bem que há um vidro para ver todas essas coisas. Estamos de olhos sempre abertos.
I have a complaint to make: passing in front of the petshop I saw an employee treating a puppy very badly. She took him by the back of the head and dragged him without the slightest care or affection (I think that to work in a place like that, it's good that he likes animals). She did this several times and kept looking out (I could see this as there is a glass showing the "care" of the animals, this employee was not), until she noticed that I was looking and made a disguise. Even the grooming (which she was doing at the time) seemed to be very violent. I hope the pet shop does something, thank goodness there's a glass to see all these things. Our eyes are always open.
