Fui ao estabelecimento hoje de manhã, com minha gatinha pois só queria saber se o inchaço na barriga dela seria verme. E o senhor que estava aparentemente forçado a atender me disse que ele não era veterinário. Perguntei se tinha algum colírio para lavar os olhos dela ele disse que não podia vender. Então fui a outro local que me explicaram o que estava acontecendo. Me venderam o remédio de verme e disseram que o inchaço era por conta dos vermes. E fui até orientada sobre o colírio, por ela ser um bb de apenas 45, seria bom aguardar para lavar os olhos dela a partir dos 4 meses. Não pedi consulta para minha gatinha e sim uma opinião ou direcionamento já que atendem animaizinhos. Não foi a primeira vez que fui ao estabelecimento mas hoje foi a última. Vou falar mal desse atendimento para todos os cuidadores que não tem condições de estar sempre visitando um veterinário
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE
I went to the establishment this morning with my kitten because I just wanted to know if the swelling in her belly was a worm. And the gentleman who was apparently forced to attend told me he was not a veterinarian. I asked if he had any eye drops to wash her eyes, he said he couldn't sell them. So I went to another location and they explained to me what was going on. They sold me the worm medicine and said the swelling was due to the worms. And I was even oriented about the eye drops, as she is a bb of only 45, it would be good to wait to wash her eyes from 4 months onwards. I didn't ask for a consultation for my kitten, but an opinion or direction since they serve little animals. It wasn't the first time I went to the establishment but today was the last. I'm going to badmouth this service to all caregivers who are unable to visit a veterinarian all the time.
