Nossa família, incluindo meus pets, tem um carinho enorme por eles. A Atena, que vai lá a cada 10 dias, vai feliz e volta mais feliz ainda, cheirosa e limpinha, além de linda e toda enfeitada! Já frequentamos petshops maiores e famosos no ABC, e posso dizer que só nos encontramos no Le Pet!
Le Pet's service is spectacular! Both Dayane and Guilherme have always been VERY polite, receptive and dear! Our family, including my pets, has a huge affection for them. É óbvio que não iríamos deixar nosso cachorro com vocês depois do que aconteceu. No final, quem ficou ofendidos de verdade, foram vocês. Recomendo uma meditação, alguns minutinhos de reike, um chá... é importante começar o dia com um bom humor e paciência. Respeito o trabalho árduo de vocês, mas sério, descontar nos clientes não é legal. Passar bem ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento não recomendo à ninguém levar o seu Pet, a moça que trabalha não passa nenhuma segurança. E tão rígido que não tem pessoas capacitadas em atender o cliente na porta do estabelecimento para medir a temperatura, depois vem com a legislação, e é tudo mentira que eu fiquei sem mascaras, eu mesma sou do grupo de risco. Para todos verem como São mentirosos, nunca desrespeitei eu sempre comprei racaovao lado e nuncaentrei sem mascaras.Sendo que o mesmo não tem prootocolos de nenhum procedimentos, me ofendi , pois minha máscara tinha caído e mal esperou eu colocar e segunda a individua me chamou atenção. E tudo mentira que lá não tem aglomerações de pessoas, trabalha o rapaz e essa individuoa, só eles e ao lado o pai dele tem uma casa de ração e não tem nada haver com esse estabelecimento, colocaram eles como se eles trabalhasem lá dentro. Estão colocando palavras a mais. Realmente não gostei e por isso agora eles colocam todas estas questões. Não tem como vc entrar sem essas restrições segundo eles alegam e não fazem, cheguei sim atrasada por 10 minutos, sendo que a tolerancia era de 15 minutos, como próprio não teve defesas alegando que eu estava achando ruim, não e isso essa pessoa que falou, não tem escrúpulos nenhum. Se são tão certinhos, quem sabe agora chegando lá encontrará álcool gel, pq nem isso tem, das vezes que levei acompanho sim o meu animal. Eles sabem disso e por isso não quiseram que eu ficasse lá acompanhando. Mas graças a Deus não piso mais lá, até porque eles negam até um wifi para vc usar em urgências.
A atendente foi sim muito ignorante, já me expulsando do lugar. Não tem como confiar em deixar seu pet com alguém tão "esquentadinho".

Teve ocasião que muitos lugares recusaram a dar banho e tosar a Nina e vcs a acolheram com respeito e carinho. ?
Sempre muito educados, dedicados e sempre tratando nossos " filhinhos" com muito respeito.
A alegria do Cookei ao entrar do estabelecimento e visível e com isso me sinto extremamente segura em deixá-lo com vcs . Sempre respeitando as normas de segurança , respeitando os horários de atendimento e a comunicação sempre foi maravilhosa Sempre fui tratada com muita educação e respeito.
Meu Cookei ama estar aí com vcs ( tive um problema com outro PetShop e vcs o acolheu com todo carinho e dedicação ).
Tenho uma gratidão enorme com vcs da forma que vcs trataram a Nina em certa ocasião. Vcs foram de um profissionalismo , ética e respeito admirável que jamais vou esquecer.
