★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preços um pouco salgados, como a maioria dos pet's. A gente também não se sente à vontade na loja por causa de abordagem de atendentes perguntando se pode ajudar.
Prices a little steep, like most pet's. We also don't feel comfortable in the store because of the approach of attendants asking if they can help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima não trago nunca mais nesse lugar, paguei um preço absurdo tenho um splitz alemão pedi pra cortar igual um lobinho como qualquer lugar faz, meu marido que levou no dia eles não fizeram disse que só fazia a tosa padrão da raça, meu esposo não quis discutir quando veio buscar, eu liguei e falei que não foi assim que eu queria que se fizesse por gentileza de fazer como eu pedi porque afinal são 130,00 reais e por indicação levei até o local. Por fim trouxe outra vez eles disseram que só ia refazer a tosa higiênica e não faz como eu quero pq aqui segue o padrão não sei da onde e não faz e ponto. Atendente super grosso “ Douglas” falou que eu que leve em outro lugar pra fazer como eu quero porque ele não ia fazer. Ou seja joguei 130 reais no lixo, não trago nunca mais e não recomendo pra ninguém pois na hora que você liga eles falam que fazem do jeito que você quer aí te entrega o cachorro do jeito que eles querem e tchau. Pós venda péssima não sabe lidar com novo cliente e não fazem nenhuma questão de tentar amenizar para fidelizar o cliente. Nota 0
Terrible I never bring it back to this place, I paid an absurd price I have a German splitz I asked to cut like a cub like any other place, my husband who took them on the day they didn't do it said he only made the standard shearing of the breed, my husband didn't want to to discuss when he came to pick it up, I called and said that this was not how I wanted it to be done, so please do as I asked because after all it is 130.00 reais and by indication I took it to the place. Finally I brought it again, they said they were just going to redo the hygienic clipping and it doesn't do what I want because here it follows the pattern I don't know from where and it doesn't do that. Super thick attendant “Douglas” told me to take it somewhere else to do it as I want because he wouldn't do it. In other words, I threw 130 reais in the trash, I don't bring it ever again and I don't recommend it to anyone because when you call they say they do it the way you want, then they hand you the dog the way they want and bye. Bad after-sales don't know how to deal with new customers and they don't make any point of trying to soften up in order to retain the customer. Grade 0

Sempre levo meu cão para tomar banho lá, banho bem feito e cuidadoso além de ser o mais barato que eu conheço (45 reais), ainda dá para fazer o plano mensal que sai mais em conta ainda.
Recomendo Muito!
I loved it, wonderful place. Attentive, organized, complete service and at a good price.
I always take my dog to take a bath there, a well-done and careful bath, in addition to being the cheapest I know (45 reais), you can still make the monthly plan that is even more affordable.
Highly Recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não volto mais, péssimo atendimento, estava pela primeira vez na loja queria olhar os produtos, comprar brinquedos para os meus cães e a vendedora de forma pouco cordial perguntou o que eu queria pedi um produto que precisava e ela pegou e já se dirigiu ao caixa, quase me convidando a ir embora, faltava pelo menos 30 minutos para encerrar o expediente da loja.
I won't be back, bad service, I was in the store for the first time, I wanted to look at the products, buy toys for my dogs and the saleswoman asked what I wanted in an unfriendly way, I asked for a product I needed and she took it and went to the cashier , almost inviting me to leave, there were at least 30 minutes left to close the store's hours.
