Because if I did I would have this somewhere else or a small hotel, but again I was told that there would be no problem! I trusted !!! One of the dogs is super docile and the hair is done, I asked for the hygienic grooming to be done, to cut the nail ... They said that everything was included in the price, cleaning the ear, teeth and cutting the nail, only the hygienic grooming that would be charged more, without problems I said q was to be done anyway! The other is very angry and I warned TB! They came to pick up the two at 11:20, the stress started there ... Ok they took it, I left, it was my daughter's birthday, there would be no ngm at home ... They called me saying they couldn't shower in the one that was over angry, I explained that they try otherwise, but if she couldn't, everything was fine, because she is very nervous with people outside the house! They called me again saying they had to take the dogs away, the owner Cláudio is a clueless guy, he sent the employees to talk to us, because he was completely changed, we explained that this was not the deal, that if he had warned me before he would have seen another place ... He used low words, said that because it was a holiday they would close earlier and then the dogs would be locked there alone ... They didn't give the dogs a pot of water ... As soon as we cut the cake I asked my sister-in-law to pick them up, because I was desperate and I couldn't go out and leave my daughter's party due to the irresponsibility of the employees to speak and promise things without knowing it! We paid, when the two got home they were scared, they drank a lot of water, they were desperate, the good one doesn't let go of me and she is terrified that I would leave her close ... Besides, they didn't cut her nail, they did the hygienic treatment only on the belly, they do not shave where it should be shaved, since the physiological needs are not made by the belly !!! Anyway, Monday I will personally say all this personally to Mr Cláudio, it was all surreal !!! IF YOU CAN NEVER EVER LEAVE YOUR FOUR-FOOT CHILDREN TO THE CARE OF THAT HUMAN BEING !!!
