★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para a urgência com minha cadelinha Fofinha, fomos muito bem atendidos a profissional que nos atendeu foi super atenciosa e cuidadosa tentou de todas as formas salvar nosso animaizinho faz todos os procedimentos com vários medicamentos mas infelizmente não conseguimos. Mas tive um exemplo de atendimento humano e respeitoso. Com certeza recomendo a todos o trabalho desses profissionais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pet shop com serviço de banho e tosa que não leva em consideração o ambiente estressante do banho e tosa para o animal, onde o animal da entrada as 9 hs e previsão pra entrega as 14hs. Não aceita que o tutor agende o horário pra entrega do animal, segundo a recepção são ordens da empresa. Parece que a demanda é maior doque o quadro de tosadores e banhista. Sempre alegam que a demora é devido a tosa higiênica que já tem muitos na fila.
Pela terceira vez não consigo deixar meu animal neste pet stop.as atendentes não tem a menor preocupação de atender bem os clientes.
Parece até que querem se ver livre do atendimento.
