★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, muito desorganizado. No primeiro atendimento não sabiam em qual unidade minha dog estava e hoje no segundo ela saiu de casa umas 09:45 e até agora disseram que ela ainda não estava pronta.
Obs.: AGENDEI um horário ontem por telefone para 09:00. Entendo que existem outros clientes, mas se eu marquei um horário, esperava no mínimo que fosse cumprido.
Detalhe, minha dog está sem comida desde que saiu e justificam que é pra ela não sujar transporte caso ela faça as necessidades no veículo. Gente... vocês trabalham com pets, eles cagam e fazem xixi sim e é super normal. Absurdo não é ela fazer cocô no caixa de transporte e sim o estabelecimento deixar ela de quase 10:00 até a tarde sem alimentação por este motivo. Deixaram a desejar!
Bad service, very disorganized. In the first call they did not know which unit my dog was in and today in the second she left home at 9:45 am and so far they said she was not ready yet.
Note: I scheduled a time yesterday by phone at 09:00. I understand there are other clients, but if I made an appointment, I expected at least that it would be met.
Detail, my dog has been without food since she left and they justify her not to dirty transport if she needs the vehicle. Guys ... you work with pets, they shit and pee yes and it's super normal. It is not absurd for her to poop in the transport box, but the establishment to leave her from almost 10:00 until the afternoon without food for this reason. Left to be desired!

Motoqueiro chegou aqui me cobrando 55$! Liguei para reclamar mas já estfechados. Revoltante meu cachorro voltou assustado e ferido!
I really ask you not to take your dog! My dog came back yesterday with 2 head injuries. He has 4 months the combined price of the bath was 28 $ plus 19 $ of the delivery. Biker came here charging me 55 $! I called to complain but they are already closed. Disgusting my dog came back scared and hurt!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estabelecimento com atendimento grosseiro e se exaltam quando pede o documento fiscal, um estabelecimento grande desse não emite nota fiscal? Oi???? Péssimo atendimento, não indico o veterinário pois o mesmo se exalta quando se pede nota do valor gasto, ainda se recusou a fazer consulta de retorno no animal, não passando primeiramente o diagnóstico correto, não informou que o animal estava anêmico, algo importantíssimo para a saúde do animal, além de não fornecer qualquer tipo de nota, pior ainda nota fiscal.
Establishment with rude service and they get excited when you ask for the tax document, doesn't a large establishment like this issue an invoice? Hey???? Terrible service, I do not recommend the vet because he gets excited when you ask for a note of the amount spent, he still refused to make a return consultation on the animal, not passing the correct diagnosis first, he did not inform that the animal was anemic, something very important for the health of the animal, in addition to not providing any kind of invoice, even worse invoice.
