★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saio de Tomas Coelho para consultar meus pets com a Dra. Bianca aqui, pois é a melhor veterinária que levei meus gatos até hoje, cuidadosa, paciente com eles, tira todas as nossas dúvidas, um amorzinho.
O atendente da loja também é muito legal, atencioso, engraçado, e os produtos não são caros, recomendo pelo custo x benefício e pelo atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei, mas minhas 2 filhas de 4 patas ficaram 1:30 para um banho, e fora q é um pouco desorganizado, diz q tem vagas e qdo chega o cliente q não ia chega tbm e vc fica esperando.
Aconselho a colocar mais vidros para os clientes verem o banho e secagem com facilidade, confesso q gera aflição não ver tudo.

Confesso que o meu primeiro contato foi por telefone com a Sthephanie. Além de muito simpática já da segunda vez já te chama pelo nome e também pelo nome do seu Pet. Pois bem: não adianta só simpatia. É preciso também fazer expressa alusão ao aspecto profissional. E com relação a isso, tanto o banho quanto a tosa têm o serviço muito bem prestado. O Vini é um cara muito bacana. Também te atende super bem. Tem também veterinária, mas como tenho veterinário na família, deixo para esse o ônus. O protetor que colocam na orelha do meu cão na hora do banho não é qualquer um e sim especial e adequado, bem diferente dos demais petshops que até então conhecia. Respeitam o que você pede sobre detalhes do banho e tosa. Todos tratam o seu filhote com todo amor e carinho. Não à toa cheguei até esta petshop e, repito, sem nenhuma indicação. Agora, não seria correto e justo não fazer menção a dona. É realmente indescritível o tratamento e carinho que ela especialmente tem com os animais. É impressionante! Mas, em singelas palavras ou por mais que tente rebuscar o vocabulário ainda será pouco para denotar com precisão a realidade. Por isso, sem nenhum compromisso, recomendo conhecer, já que tudo isso é muito pessoal. E um ponto interessante: eles tem um pacote chamado “clubinho” onde você paga por mês, para banho e tosa, um valor diferenciado. Sugiro conhecer e super recomendo.
