★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tive uma péssima experiência com essa farmácia. Disseram que entregariam no sábado (isso pq já havia demorado desde o dia que pedi) e hoje é terça e não entregaram.
Atrasou bastante meu tratamento.
 Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this pharmacy. They said they would deliver it on Saturday (it had already been delayed since the day I ordered it) and today is Tuesday and they didn't deliver it.
It delayed my treatment a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por recomendação de confiança da médica veterinária solicitei orçamento no dia 31 de Agosto e só fui obter resposta no dia 8 após questionar, mesmo assim por ser de confiança, mandei fazer a receita que seria entregue no dia seguinte e advinha? Tiveram das 14h às 20h e não entregaram. Enfim... O profissionalismo não existe! Procurem outra que vc será melhor atendido.
On the recommendation of the veterinarian's trust, I asked for a budget on August 31st and only went to get an answer on the 8th after questioning, even though it was trustworthy, I ordered the prescription to be delivered the next day and guess what? They had from 14h to 20h and did not deliver. Anyway ... Professionalism doesn't exist! Look for another one that you will be better served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente minha experiência foi péssima. Enviei minha receita desde dia 23/03 hoje dia 25/03 e nenhuma resposta. .. Visualizou a mensagem e nada. Vejo que está farmácia não precisa do cliente. Obrigada e vou parti r para que respeite o cliente.
Unfortunately my experience was terrible. I sent my recipe since 03/23 today 03/25 and no answer. .. viewed the message and nothing. I see that this pharmacy does not need the client. Thank you and I will leave to respect the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo não responde, celular nem chama a entrega nem se fala tô aqui aguardando e tentando entrar em contato. Fui lá pegar disseram que não posso retirar pois vai vir de entrega, entrega esse que está atrasada.
Terrible doesn't answer, cell phone doesn't even call delivery, I'm here waiting and trying to get in touch. I went there to get them, they said I can't pick it up because it's going to come from delivery, which is late.

Li muitos comentários negativos fiquei um pouco reciosa mas resolvi tentar e posso falar que no meu atendimento a única coisa que não foi rápido foi o orçamento porém acredito que seja a demanda já que o preço foi o melhor. Porém depois disso o atendente foi super atencioso Super recomendo.
Fair price, excellent service and delivery. I read many negative comments I was a little afraid but I decided to give it a try and I can say that in my service the only thing that was not quick was the budget but I believe it is the demand since the price was the best. But after that the attendant was super attentive. I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo! Pode até ser atrativa pelo preço mais baixo, mas fiquem atentos com a eficácia dos medicamentos. Eu usava uma pomada por outra farmácia que mantinha as minhas taxas de exames boas, porém o período que usei com esta farmácia o efeito foi zero!
I do not recommend! It may even be attractive for the lower price, but be aware of the effectiveness of the drugs. I used an ointment from another pharmacy that kept my exam rates good, however the period I used with this pharmacy the effect was zero!
