★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem 21/12 fui muito bem atendido pelas atendentes e pelo técnico Rafael, muita presteza e profissionalismo, hoje ao retornar na loja senti um impacto diferente ao ser recepcionado pela atendente e por uma funcionária chamada Bruna, mas com a graça de Deus o técnico Giliarde excelente profissional e interesse em resolver meu assunto foi de um atendimento que cobriu a não presteza das duas atendentes dessa noite dia 22/12 em seguida um outro funcionário de nome Carlos também muito eficiente e interessado no.meu bom atendimento merece meu elogio. Meu relato é para salientar q sempre fui bem atendido nesta loja apenas hoje senti falta de interesse dessas duas senhoras.

Yesterday 12/21 I was very well attended by the attendants and the technician Rafael, very prompt and professional, today when I returned to the store I felt a different impact when I was welcomed by the attendant and an employee named Bruna, but with God's grace the technician Giliarde excellent professional and interest in solving my matter was a service that covered the unresponsiveness of the two attendants that night on 12/22, followed by another employee named Carlos who was also very efficient and interested in my service. My good service deserves my praise. My report is to emphasize that I have always been well attended in this store, only today I felt a lack of interest from these two ladies.
