★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha consulta com uma nutricionista ocorreu em exatos dez minutos. A profissional disse que enviaria o plano de alimentação por email, MAS PASMEM, ISSO OCORRERÁ EM ATÉ 15 DIAS! Uma analogia simples: vc vai a um medico com uma infecção na garganta e ele lhe diz que vai enviar a receita por e-mail após 15 dias! Faz algum sentido?
Não me pareceu uma clínica séria!!!! Sabemos que os planos de saúde repassam verbas irrisórias a estes profissionais, mas nada justifica que eles repassem para o paciente tamanha displicência e irresponsabilidade!

It didn't seem like a serious clinic !!!! We know that health plans pass on these ridiculous amounts to these professionals, but there is no justification for them to pass on to the patient such casualness and irresponsibility!

Quando fui marcar pela primeira vez me ligaram confirmando minha consulta, confirmei que sim e perguntei o endereço: me passaram o endereço errado, falaram Rua Boa Vista, 252 e na verdade há 2 anos é numero 314....
Ok. Me achei e fui para consulta. O doutor me passou 5 sessoes de RPG e 10 de fisioterapia, porem estava trocando de convenio, entao tive que esperar 1 semana para marcar, de qualquer forma, perguntei ao fim da minha consulta se meu novo convenio era atendido e confirmaram que sim.
Quando liguei querendo marcar minhas sessões, me afirmaram que meu convenio nao era atendido (One Health), mas eu achei estranho pois tinham que falado de inicio que sim..
Liguei no convenio e me confirmaram que sim, atendia.
Liguei novamente na clinica e se contradizeram que sim, atendia. Entao marquei o exame. Ao final da minha ligação falei desses dois erros, tentando alertar para que nao aconteça mais: me ignoraram. Nao me deram nenhuma indicaçao do que precisava levar
Ao chegar o dia da minha primeira sessão de rpg e fisio, fui para clinica sem me avisarem que precisava do encaminhamento (que era da propria clinica e que eu poderia der anexado desde do primeiro dia que fui la).
Tudo o que eu nao gostei, falei que achei complicado e que poderiam melhorar, e no final me ignoraram.

Ok. I found myself and went for consultation. The doctor gave me 5 sessions of RPG and 10 sessions of physiotherapy, but I was changing the agreement, so I had to wait 1 week to make an appointment, anyway, I asked at the end of my consultation if my new agreement was met and they confirmed that it was.
When I called, wanting to book my sessions, I was told that my agreement was not taken care of (One Health), but I thought it was strange because they had to say that I did at first.
I called at the convention and they confirmed that yes, he answered.
I called again at the clinic and they contradicted that yes, he answered. Then I scheduled the exam. At the end of my call, I talked about these two mistakes, trying to warn them not to happen anymore: they ignored me. They gave me no indication of what I needed to take
When the day of my first rpg and physio session arrived, I went to the clinic without telling me that I needed the referral (which was from the clinic itself and that I could attach from the first day I went there).
Everything I didn't like, I said that I thought it was complicated and that they could improve, and in the end they ignored me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou em tratamento nesta clinica, e estou um tanto quanto decepcionada.
A clinica optou por dispensar uma profissional muito competente (Camila) e deixou outra completamente despreparada (Elaine), que não dá muita atenção ao paciente, além de sua apresentação deixar a desejar, costumo observar muito as pessoas que me atendem, e varias vezes notei o jaleco dessa moça sujo. Certa vez propositadamente fiz um exercício errado na frente dela e ela não me corrigiu, ficou conversando e não prestou atenção no que eu estava fazendo, outra fisioterapeuta que estava atenta, aguardou que ela se afastasse para prontamente me instruir a fazer do modo certo. Pelo menos a pessoa que está no lugar da Camila, a Cris, é muito competente. Acredito que antes de se dispensar um bom profissional o estabelecimento tem que avaliar bem o impacto que isso pode causar. Pois basta um profissional mal preparado para denegrir os outros e a própria clinica.

I once purposely did a wrong exercise in front of her and she didn't correct me, kept talking, and didn't pay attention to what I was doing, another attentive physiotherapist waiting for her to walk away to promptly instruct me to do it the right way. At least the person in Camila's shoes, Cris, is very competent. I believe that before leaving a good professional the establishment has to evaluate well the impact that this can have. For a poorly prepared professional is enough to denigrate others and the clinic itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha agendado a consulta para às 17 horas porém me ligaram um dia antes remarcando para às 9, chegando no local, falaram que estava agendado para às 11. Quando cheguei não tinha ninguém na minha frente, chegou uma pessoa depois e falaram que ele seria atendido antes pois o horário dele era às 9:45. Um absurdo! Estou grávida de 8 meses e por um erro deles tive que ficar esperando. Se as ligações fossem gravadas ou se enviassem mensagens de texto confirmando dia e horário da marcação isso não aconteceria.
I had scheduled the appointment at 5 pm but called me the day before rescheduling at 9, arriving at the venue, said it was scheduled for 11. When I arrived there was no one in front of me, a person arrived later and said he would be answered before because his time was at 9:45. Nonsense! I am 8 months pregnant and due to their mistake I had to wait. If calls were recorded or if they sent text messages confirming the date and time of the appointment, this would not happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contato telefônico e flexibilidade de horários é muito boa, recepção é ágil e eficiente, tive tanto o atendimento da Paloma que fez minha primeira avaliação para iniciar as sessões com bastante atenção e também da Cristina (linda, perfeita, maravilhosa) que sempre tem cuidado e prestatividade. A localização é ótima, bem centralizada ao lado da estação São Bento, não existe burocracia para acessar o prédio, assim ganha-se tempo, quanto a parte estrutural existem vários boxes que trazem privacidade para realizar os exercícios.
Telephone contact and schedule flexibility is very good, reception is agile and efficient, I had so much assistance from Paloma that I made my first assessment to start the sessions very carefully and also Cristina (beautiful, perfect, wonderful) who is always careful and helpfulness. The location is great, well centered next to the São Bento station, there is no bureaucracy to access the building, thus saving time, as for the structural part there are several boxes that bring privacy to perform the exercises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desapontada com a clínica Physicus, pois marquei fisioterapia e acupuntura . Fui por baixo de chuva forte caminhando 30 minutos e para a minha surpresa fui informada que não seria atendida, pois a guia só tinha validade para 1 mês. Entrei em contato com a Porto Seguro que disse que não tem tempo de validade e reembolsa a clínica sem problemas. Tenho print da conversa.
Além disso, já tinha feito 10 sessões de fisio antes, nas quais cronometrei o tempo de uso do ultrassom ( o qual deve ser usado de acordo com o tamanho da área lesionada, no meu caso deveria ser no mínimo de 5 minutos), como a fisioterapeuta ficava cheia de pacientes para atender ao mesmo tempo, em torno de 5 a 6, por isso só usava o ultrassom por 1 minuto na região. A culpa não é dela e sim da clínica que não dá condições para que ela trabalhe com efetividade, o certo é ter mais uma fisioterapeuta no período da manhã, pois enquanto 1 estiver utilizando os aparelhos nos pacientes, a outra deve analisar os demais nos outros exercícios.

I went under heavy rain walking 30 minutes and to my surprise I was informed that I would not be attended, as the guide was only valid for 1 month. I got in touch with Porto Seguro, which said it has no expiration date and refunds the clinic without any problems. I have a print of the conversation.
In addition, I had already done 10 physio sessions before, in which I timed the time of using the ultrasound (which should be used according to the size of the injured area, in my case it should be at least 5 minutes), as physiotherapist was full of patients to attend at the same time, around 5 to 6, so he only used ultrasound for 1 minute in the region. It is not her fault, but the clinic that does not provide conditions for her to work effectively, the right thing is to have one more physiotherapist in the morning, because while 1 is using the devices on patients, the other must analyze the others in others Exercises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente não recomendo, apesar da clinica ter uma boa localização e estrutura percebi muita diferença no atendimento em relação as outras clinicas que já fiz tratamento. Percebi que todos os pacientes fazem os mesmos exercícios (alongamento com faixa , bola suíça e analgesia com Tens e ultra), depois de algumas sessões tiram você da analgesia e te colocam para fazer bicicleta e cama elástica /Jump). Afinal, precisam liberar os box para os pacientes que chegam já que a partir das 16h00 fica bem corrido o atendimento . Eles te colocam dentro de um box te entregam os materiais fecham a porta e você faz os exercícios SOZINHO sem nenhum acompanhamento . Quando VOCE CHEGA AO PONTO DE TER QUE FAZER FISIOTERAPIA é pq vc esta em busca de reabilitação ortopédica . No meu caso era um pós operatório e DESISTI DE FAZER AS SESSOES NESTE LOCAL por falta de acompanhamento profissional, para fazer sozinha eu faço em casa. Outro detalhe foi que ouvi as '' Fisioterapeutas'' comentando sobre entrega de TCC, o que deu a entender que as pessoas que fazem o atendimento lá não são formadas e sim estagiários . Outro detalhe: cada dia você é atendido por uma pessoa diferente, portanto não conseguem acompanhar sua evolução, a única pessoa que eu percebi um atendimento HUMANIZADO foi a Juliana que se preocupou em me mostrar exatamente como fazer os movimentos para que eu não me prejudicasse. Iniciei as sessões SEM NENHUMA DOR , e após comecei a sentir as mesmas dores antes da cirurgia !!! PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA ....., vou aguardar retorno médico para solicitar nova guia e dar continuidade em outro local .
I honestly don't recommend it, despite the clinic having a good location and structure, I noticed a lot of difference in the service in relation to other clinics that I've had treatment. I noticed that all patients do the same exercises (stretching with a band, Swiss ball and analgesia with Tens and ultra), after a few sessions they take you out of analgesia and put you on a bike and trampoline/Jump). After all, they need to release the boxes for the patients who arrive, as the service is well run after 4:00 pm. They put you inside a box, give you the materials, close the door and you do the exercises ALONE without any follow-up. When YOU GET TO THE POINT OF HAVING TO DO PHYSIOTHERAPY it's because you're looking for orthopedic rehabilitation. In my case, it was a post-operative period and I GAVE UP DOING THE SESSIONS IN THIS LOCATION due to lack of professional follow-up, to do it alone I do it at home. Another detail was that I heard the ''Physiotherapists'' commenting on the delivery of CBT, which suggested that the people who provide care there are not graduates, but interns. Another detail: each day you are attended by a different person, so they can't follow your evolution, the only person I noticed a HUMANIZED service was Juliana, who took the time to show me exactly how to make the moves so that I wouldn't harm myself. I started the sessions WITHOUT ANY PAIN, and after that I started to feel the same pains before the surgery!!! BAD EXPERIENCE ....., I will wait for a medical return to request a new guide and continue in another location.

Na primeira vez que fui, a nutricionista Fabiana me atendeu de qualquer forma e não me enviou a dieta correta, parece que pegou o modelo pronto que tinha PC e mandou. Marquei uma nova consulta com ela e não me avisaram que ela estava afastada, passei com outra que sequer fez questão de verificar seu tinha prontuário, me mandou o mesmo modelo de cardápio e não me deu suporte quando precisei. Não importa se a consulta é por convênio, está sendo paga do mesmo jeito, se não querem atender, se descredenciem e pronto, evita transtorno para o paciente e vocês não perdem o tempo de vocês mesmos.
Terrible service, especially from the doctors. The first time I went, the nutritionist Fabiana helped me anyway and didn't send me the correct diet, it seems that she took the ready-made model that had a PC and sent it. I made a new appointment with her and they didn't warn me that she was away, I went with another one who didn't even make a point of checking her chart, sent me the same model of menu and didn't give me support when I needed it. It doesn't matter if the consultation is by insurance, it's being paid the same way, if they don't want to attend, they disqualify themselves and that's it, it avoids inconvenience to the patient and you don't waste your own time.
